My iPhone 5 IMEI no says it is purchased from USA whereas I had bought it in Hong Kong. It's still under warranty. The Sleep/wake button is not working and I would like to know whether can I get a replacement under warranty at an Apple store in Singapore? I reside in india and there are no Apple Stores located here. Nearest to me is Singapore. Kindly help.

No service for IPhone 4 eventhough it under WARRANTY PERIOD

I bought iphone4 on December 2012. It just switched off and while switching it on it went to recovery mode. So I took the iphone to apple authorised service provider (Ample Technologies,Chennai), they done software update and tried but it was still in recover mode. Finally they said that, they will provide replacement since my phone is under warranty. But after examining they said that its physically damaged and they will not provide any service and also asking me to get iphone back. I tried contacting the customer care india No and I talked to the Technical Manager but he simply said "UNFORTUNATELY WE DONT HAVE ANY OPTION TO PROVIDE YOU MAM, SO PLEASE COLLECT YOUR IPHONE FROM THE SERVICE CENTER". But the saddest part is eventhough I've my phone under warraanty I'm not given any service, they are just asking to throw it in the dustbin and wailk away. I just asked them provide hardware service. Now what shall I do????

Hey,I tried updating my 4s today and my phone got stuck in recovery mode. I have nothing backed up and over a years worth of data on my aps aswell as very important baby photos that I was hoping I wouldnt lose. I have tried holding lock/home a few times and does not work, also I have tried RecBoot with the same outcome. I am getting very worried and cant access my phone. Is there any ways I can either cancel the update or exit recovery without restoring the phone ? Thanks in advance !!!

iPhone won't Charge iPhone 5

Okay so i had problems with my iPhone earlier. It would power off randomly when I was or wasnt using it. And i also charged it when I had 30% but on the top right corner for the battery icon, where its suppose to show ' charging ' it showed Fully charged. and after it died, I plugged it back in with it saying its charging. The symbol with a low red battery with a charging sign. It stayed on that symbol for more than 12 hours and never turned on to the lock screen. And if i take it out of charge, it completely shuts off.But when i plug it back in , it has the apple symbol from when you turn it back on after you powered it off. It did that symbol repeatedly. Please help. The problem: Won't charge or turn on to lock screen  Is there anyway I can do it besides taking it to Apple? Thanks (: I don't think I backed up anything, but I maybe did and I have lots of things on my phone. So is there any other solutions that I can use besides restoring it?

Hi, I have an iPhone 5 that's about 5 months old now.I bought in india.My phone died last night coz the battery finished..and i have been trying to charge it ever since and it isn't working..I did everything possible(like a hard reset : Holding the home and power buttons down with various time combinations) and nothing worked, it isnt even turning on(Not even the Apple Logo is being displayed).There has been no external damage to the phone in any aspect.I tried charging it using my computer, a wall adapter and a power bank and NOTHING SEEMS TO WORKSomeone Please HELP!

I get my iphone 5 for only two months and last week i found out that my lock button is not really working. At first i thought it was because of my casing make it not working, after then i took off the casing and then i have to press it hardly or press on the different angle then it just works! so i wonder, the whole lock button works if the iphone don't have any problem？ or some angle we press may not respond?it still working most of the time now just i wonder can i get the new one under warranty? when i press the wrong angle, it takes me few seconds to lock my iphone i am feeling like how come i use only for two months such problem can accur ;( pls help!

I just got my iPhone 3 months ago, brand new. First, it gave me problems because the lock button stopped working, (an issue I was told by a genius that I would have to pay for because I couldn't drive an hour a way at 16 years old to get to the closest Apple Store), and now it isn't sending text messages to anyone that doesn't have an iDevice. I am so done with this iPhone, it's only been three months and I'm DYING to get a droid. Please, help me figure out how to receive & send regular text messages at least until I can save enough to buy a phone that works.

My friend's dad got a new iPhone and gave her his old one. She had it for awhile and then one day it turned off and wouldn't turn back on. She gave it to me because she decided it wasn't worth her time and now I'm trying to figure out how to fix it. I did some research and tried a couple different things and so far none of them have worked. I tried holding the home and lock buttons, plugging it in, and many others. I would take it to the apple store but I'm worried the issue will cost money to fix. Any suggestions before I take it in? (It has not suffered from any water damage or been dropped, that I know of)

Can't get phone to turn back on iPhone 4S

I was trying to download music on ITunes and my phone was plugged into the computer, then something popped up asking if I wanted to download a new software and I did. It downloaded and then my phone turned off. It won't turn back on but the screen has a  picture of an auxiliary chord and an arrow pointing towards the ITunes icon. So I plugged it back into ITunes and it still won't turn on and that picture won't go away either. I have tried holding down the lock button & home button at the same time for 10 seconds but that didnt do anything either. I have no idea how to get it back on. PLEASE HELP

i woke up to a black screen, the home button wont turn it on. i have shut off and turned back on from sceen memorization. luckly siri still works so i make calls and reply to messages that way but i cannot see anything im doing. the phone is fully functional i just cant see anything. i have tried to restore it by pressing both the home and lock button at once but i didnt have any luck. is there anything i should try? has this happend to you? should i just take it to the apple store?

HI PEOPLE, i have the following problem, i bought the iPhone 5 white 32 gb , 4 monts ago, the problem started this week, my touch screen dont respond somethimes, but everything else works, like the home button, volume keys, etc. the solution is lock and unlock to get it working again, but in question of minutes starts failing, i did a restore 3 times and a DFU restore just in case, im really worried because i live in argentina,i went to North America for the winter,and i cant go back to EE.UU to get a replacement, please help , for what i think its not a hardware problem, because it works really well, when it works,but i dont know.

My iPhone 4 lock/sleep button has been fine for the past year and was working fine earlier this morning but this afternoon I was having trouble pressing it. The lock button is very hard to press on if I want to lock or turn my phone off now. I have no idea how this happened to my phone or if it can be fixed at an Apple store because I don't think that I have a warranty on my phone. At the moment I am using assistive touch to lock the phone but it is extremely unconvienent for me since I am constantly texting and on social networking sites which result in me constantly locking my phone.

Some times ago i replaced in apple care from an apple store an iPhone 5. Recently my phone ( the one replaced ) was stolen. I would like to lock at the police dept of my town, but they need the imei of the iphone stolen. In support profile there are all my apple products but not my iphone 5, ( no iPhone 5 at all, the original one and the replaced one) and on the box there's the imei of the original iPhone 5 .  How i can do to retrieve imei of the replaced iPhone ? i don't have anymore the receipt from the apple store; they have in their computer my repair request with this information i need ?

I've gone through 4 iPhone 5's already. All Hardware issues with lock button current one freezes then gets stuck on flashing Apple logo.

So apparently I have terrible luck with Apple products. I've had to replace my iPhone 5 3 times already. Gone through three phones within the same week. The one I have right now seems to be doing fine hardware wise as the lock button seems to work fine for now. But as I received the new iPhone yesterday hoping all my troubles would be gone the phone shuts itself down after displaying a pattern of grey bars on the screen and then shows the Apple reboot logo for about 5 seconds before it slowly fades out and then tries to reboot again. Is this software related or do I have another hardware issue? I have restored it twice and it has happened both times. On a side note, the compass doesn't appear to work. It gets stuck on zero degrees and doesn't work at all on the Maps app or the Google Maps app. It is pretty cloudy here but usually when it's cloudy it shows some sort of response. This one shows none. Please, I just want a working phone.

My lock button on my phone only locks when I press at a certain angle and it takes 3 or 4 times to actually lock. I currently do not have apple care because the 2 years is up. Is the anything I can do to get a new phone or fix this problem?
