Please Help-How I Permanently Save iPhone Messages to Mac

Hello,      I currently have an iPhone 4s 16 GB and am quickly running out of storage space.  I only have about 700 MB of space remaining and my "Other" category is taking up 6.27 GB of space!  I believe that most of this is because of my text messages; I have never deleted any of them and I'm in a group message that easily accumulates over 150 texts per day, so I need space, and fast!!!  I have read about several programs and am definitely willing to buy one, but I would like first-hand information about these programs.  I'm looking for a program that will save my SMS, MMS, and iMessage text messages to my MackBook so that I can delete them from my iPhone.  I would need a program that will save the messages permanently.  I want to be able to save the messages to the program, delete them from my phone, connect my phone to the program at later dates and save additional messages, and not lose any messages at all.  I don't want an app that I can only save messages to once because if I try to save more, it gets rid of the old ones and only saves the new ones.  I'm not sure how any of the programs work as far as that goes, so if anyone could reccommend a program to me that would do what I'm looking for, I'd GREATLY appreciate it!!! Thank you in advance for the help!!!

I think my phone hacked iPhone 4S

someone tried to access my online account the first day I got my phones. The carrier texted me. I rcvd snail mail that they tried to access it again and were given a temp password. I have blocked all access to my online account- I can't even access it.  My phone is now burning hot, and under Diagnostics and usage, the dates are out of order and they look suspicious- I see words like  apple user ID, daemon,etc.Please help! My ex keeps getting in all my info, accounts, emails.. HelloMy son has typed in my passcode wrong on my iPhone 5 and it says 'iPhone disabled please connect to iTunes'I had rung O2, and they said that the only thing they can do is do a restore on the phone but then everything will be deletedI'm not bothered about the apps getting deleted, it's the photos and videos I am most worried about because they are of my 4 month old daughter since birth and these are the only photos that I have of her. I have only sent around 20 photos to family and friends so if I lose all these photos on my phone then I will only have 20. There are over 2000 pictures of her on my phone so I really really need to get them back I don't have iTunes, I have never downloaded it or anything. I have always taken my pictures off just by plugging my phone into the computer, going to My Computer and copy and pasting them like that but I have not done this in 2 months and there are so many photos and videos that will be lost.I downloaded iTunes, logged in using my email and password but every time I connect my phone it keeps saying for me to put my password in on the phone but the numbers aren't on the phone screen.Is there any way I can get my photos back?Can Apple get them back for me?Please help

My sister and myself are getting each others text messages. Help Hard Question iPhone

This whole problem started when I first got my Iphone 5 around christmas time of last year. And i did the normal activation of my new Iphone and syncing my old iphone 4 with this new phone. I synced everything and it was all good, but i started to get these random text from people in my message log. I soon found out that i was recieving every text that was sent to my sister. And if i replied to someone who was texting my sister it would show up like she texted them, not me on a seperate number. Also when i text my sister she would get the text but immidiatly after i sent her it, i would also get a text from myself saying what i sent her. I will literally get a text message from my own number to myself, (Weird ****). So its like my sisters text messaging is fused with mine. Its only messages though, no images or anything else. In the beginging i didnt care about this becasue she wasnt recieving my text i was only getting hers. But now just today she tells me she is getting my text too. And thats a problem! This problem lasted all the way up to about 2 months ago and then i stopped getting her messages. But i gave one of my friends my old iphone 4 and once they activated it for there own use it started to happen again. They use a seperate plan then i do and there number on the phone is different. Before i gave them the phone i wiped everything off of it. i took off the contacts, messages, everything. They use a different apple account and icloud account now on the phone. So idk why it started up again i need help. Here is some background. My whole family shares the same apple account with everything. We have seperate phones, numbers and data for the most part. But with dealing with Icloud and itunes anything like that, we use the same account. My sister uses a Iphone 4s btw. With my old Iphone 4 i had no probelms with this, everything was normal. But once i switched to the new iphone 5 this problem has occured. Idk what this is about, i havent heard anyone else with this problem, but i need help! btw my other family members on their phones do not have this problem. So i think it has to do something with the icloud but im not sure! This is a serious problem and i need help! Goodluck!

I want to start over iPhone

So I got my iPhone 5 around Christmas time, and I feel as though I need to start fresh. I want everything to be as good as new. I am absolutely getting frusturated with iCloud right about now. I already put all my pictures on my computer (not connected to iCloud), and my contacts are in a vCard folder on my desktop. I don't have music on my iPhone, and my apps I'd like to keep. How do I back up my iPhone to ONLY my computer... When I tried deleting my iCloud account, it deleted everything (including the contacts that I backed up to ONLY my computer). Long story short... I hate iCloudI want my phone good as newI want my appsI want my contactsI want my text messages if possible.I don't mind resigning into all my email accounts and app accounts. When I do have my iPhone good as new as when I got it, then I will later on ask a question on how iCloud specifically works... with such a tight schedule like mine, it is hard to go to the genius bar and ask all of these questions... My iPhone 's missing messages after friend got new iPhone iPhone 4S

My girlfriend recently broke her iPhone 4 and had to get a new phone -- ever since she got a new phone, my iPhone 4S is missing hundreds of texts from her.  The last text my phone shows from her is from over two months ago.  At first I thought that only the iMessages were missing, but we have exchanged hundreds of SMS and iMessages in the last few months and they are all missing.  After she broke her phone there were a few days she texted me via iMessages on her iMac -- and those texts are all missing too, iMessages on her computer is also totally messed up.  I can understand why she would be missing a few messages on her new phone since she hasn't backed her phone up in a few weeks, and using iMessages between multiple devices is still glitchty -- but why did my girlfriend getting a new phone cause hundreds of texts to be deleted off of my phone? Currently running iOS 4.1.2 on iPhone 4S

I recently got an iPhone 5. Downloaded iTunes 11 and tried to sync my new phone. Once done I looked at my phone to find that all new contacts since October 2012 had been deleted along with any texts I had received and all the photos I had taken on my new phone. Instead I now have all my old photos and apps from my old phone. But nothing newer than October 2012. How can I get the new stuff back on my phone?

Hello, and thank you for reading. I have an iPhone 4s, and my primary email account is Gmail. I can receive emails, but I can't send them. When I try to click on the little pen icon to write an email, the app crashes/quits and I'm sent back to the homescreen. I saw that most people who can't send email receive an error message, but I've never received an error message, the app just stops. I checked in the Settings, and every thing seems to be in order (I'm not extremely tech savvy, so I could be wrong). I started to experience this problem maybe a week ago. Also, my Messages app can be a little sketchy sometimes too. When I'm connected to Wifi and trying to send an iMessage, the message won't send and there will be a little red exclamation point next to the message. My Messages app works sometimes, but do you all think that the problems are linked somehow? Any help is GREATLY appreciated. I'm out of the office a lot, and it's an inconvinecne that I can't send emails while I'm on the road. I can't sync my new iPhone 5 to my iTunes account or computer

I recently upgraded my iPhone 4 to an iPhone 5 yesterday, I want to sync my new iPhone into my computer as it contains all my data and files from my previous phone. When turning on my computer I believe I accidentally closed the window to sync the phone meaning I can no longer sync that device. Is there a way to go over this, as I need to sync my files onto my phone?

vodafone issues iPhone 4S

Hi all,  i will list my problems and see what you all think,,,,, i have a iphone 4s on vodafone running 6.1.3 firmware, for the first 11/12mths i would say this phone was faultless ( taking around 200 calls a day), recently the phone refuses to make calls and send txt messages, it wont even connect to the internet using 3g, it has to have wirelesss connectivity for the browsers to work. i took it to the local vodafone shop and they insisted it was the sim card at fault, even though i did try it in my other phone (nokia E50-2), so i took the replacement sim anyway. checks already done:- i have taken my vodafone contract sim from the iphone and placed it in the nokia, it works fine sending and recieving both calls and txti have taken my vodafone PAYG sim out of the nokia and placed it in the iphone, it refused to work but worked fine in the nokiai have reset the network settings, i have deleted all apps from the iphone and done a full restore, but it still refuses to workit shows full signal strength all the time where i live, as does the nokia, if i try to call it from the nokia it tells me the phone is not available even though they are sat side by side with full signal, if i try to call the nokia it comes back called failed.i have tried to send a txt message to my own phone number only for it to come back failed, yet in the nokia it sends no problem.vodafone refuse to admit it is a problem with there network and it is an iphone issue, the phone is now 13mths old and out of warranty (typical), i requested the iphone be unlocked from vodafone to check other networks, this has now been done so i put a spare O2 sim in the iphone and it sends and recieves both calls and text with no issues, yet vodafone still say it is not a network problem!!!!!!! is anyone else having similar problems to mine??? or is it something wrong with the phone???? i personnaly think when the phone was updated to the 6.1.3 firmware it has a problem with vodafone, plese tell me what you think, i am going crazy with this phone, cant believe its not kissed the wall or other hard surface yet.

iphone 5 doesnt accept ID password facetime and imessage not working

Im not sure if its to do with the new update 6.1.4 but my imessage suddenly stopped working. I checked my settings and saw that my email addresses associated with it were deleted. I would do hard resets but it wouldnt solve the problem. Then imessage was only partially working, sending imessages to certain individuals and text messages to the others. When i would try to add my email it would say that my password or ID is incorrect. I was thinking, no this could not be. I signed in and out of Itunes with no problem. I even signed on appleid.com and it worked. I tried it on my ipad which worked. I was scratching my brains. so I had an idea, I proceeded to reset network settings......BIG MISTAKE!!! Now, along with my imessage and facetime problems, I cannot connect to my wifi at home. when I enter the password it says it is incorrect. I have also tried entering the wifi manually but to no avail. I connected my iphone to itunes but it wont back up my data saying an error occured but it doesnt specify the error. Iv also noticed that if i press and hold an app, and it starts shaking, the crosses next to the apps that I hav purchased whether it is free or not does not show the 'x' next to them so I cant manually delete an app. What is going on? Is so frustrating because now I have to rely on my data and its depleting fast. Iv booked an appointment with the Genius bar for next week but I am hoping I can sort this out before hand. My first iphone and I was enjoying it up to now, not happy at all!

Hi All - I sent an sms using my iphone 5 - It is PAYG and had no money in it. (stupidly)  It tried to send as an SMS but gave the 'green button reject message'.(no money)  Step 2 in this stupidity - the phone keeps trying to send the deleted text via SMS and wont stop notifying me of this. Being my first time doing this, I wasnt aware you would need the phone's UDID # before doing this.  My iPhone is in recovery mode, but it asking me to register the iPhone on my developer account. However, to do this, I need the phone's UDID #... iTunes has it in recovery mode and won't show me it, I don't have the box, and the phone itself is in set up mode so it won't show me either! Am I stuck? PLEASE HELP! As of now, I have no idea of how to find it, I have googled a million times, and am exhausted and need to get my phone working. Dear all, I hope someone could help me out here. I've tried updating all my apps on App Store, but none of them can be updated. Now, I have over 80+ apps waiting to be updated. The problem here is that whenever I tried to update, my iPhone 5 will prompt "Your account is not valid for use in the US store. You must switch to Singapore store before purchasing". I have tried changing all locations to Singapore, but this issue still exists. I'm using iOS 6.1.4. iPhone turning off rebooting while charging iPhone 4S

Hi everyone. I actually have a few issues with my iPhone and I have tried various things to fix these problems. Yes, I have connected to iTunes through my computer and have download and restored it twice in as many days. Ok, the first one is the touch screen is unresponsive and/or behaves erratically, like it has to think about what it has to do. Secondly, when it is connected to my computer or either one of my chargers, the phone keeps shutting down and rebooting about 15 or so minutes, and the battery percentage level meter doesn't change either. All this started happening at the same time. I was running a battery boost type app which I have since deleted but still no luck, so am I guessing right if its all battery related? Any help, thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated as like many others here, our phones are our life.

After synching 4S with iTunes by plugging into PC has been nothing but problems.  Phone charge drops quick, like something is running.  I can not find anything.  No time registers on standby and usage. just lines there.deleted entire email and reinstalled.  Siri off, notifications off, privacy & locations off.Some strange stuff comes up under diagnostics...not sure if suppose to have all those? Should this diagnostics be reported or off? Can not power phone off, it automatically kicks itself back on, so can not do hard start.  Did a complete restore/recovery on it.  Nothing seems to be helping.I will take any suggestions!  No Apple stores near us, so need to try to resolve over this!

Notes crashes iphone 5 ios6

My notes application crashes when I press the icon. I have been able to find notes using the search. I can add notes. Sometimes I can arrow left and right through my notes, but sometimes it will crash. I cannot see the list of notes at all. I might Have a thousand notes (at least many hundreds).   I have closed the phone, reset the phone, openned about twenty apps and x-xd them closed, backed up, updated to the latest version of ios, and nothing helps this situation.  I deleted a bunch of notes to the left and right of the note that crashes.  I have copied notes as new notes then deleted the original note.  This has become a Microsoft windows product for me - lots of work for me and very little productivity from the iPhone in the case of this very simple Apple app.   DOES APPLE READ AND RESPOND TO THESE DISCUSSIONS? Thanks to anyone who can help.
