Hi all.Had my iPhone 4s for about a year.  For the last few days I've had to turn it off and turn back on in order to make or receive phone calls (Call Failed message).  It then works fine for a while.  Receive texts (telling me I've missed a call), send texts, connect to internet etc no problem.Any ideas?

iPhone 5 conversation delay

I recently got the iPhone 5 from Tmobile. It's my first iPhone and I've been enjoying the features very much. The only problem I've noticed, and it's rather annoying, is a 4-5 second speech delay. I called Tmobile and had them send me a new one, hoping this was simply a defect of the particular phone. But I've just set up my new iPhone  and it has the same problem. I've spoken to numerous people on Verizon, Tmobile, Sprint, AT&T, and landlines and have experienced this problem with each conversation. I have done this is different areas of my home as well as different areas around town with the same results.I've had many of them repeat words or phrases after I've finished speaking and the delay is always 4 or 5 seconds. Because of this, conversation is difficult. There is a lot of speaking at the same time due to this delay and I find it very frustrating. Before I call Tmobile about this phone, I wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced this issue. Is it a tmobile problem or an iPhone problem.

My phone will not connect to itunes long enough to get it to reset.  Is there any special key combination that I can use to brick the phone so that I can start from scratch, but without connecting to itunes?   The phone will not restart and stay on.  It just continues to go on and off on and off.  I get the apple logo, then to the home screen, but the slide to open bar does not glow, and then it just shuts off and starts over.  It never is on long enough to register with the computer.   I have tried both reset techniques.  neither works.  (holding down home key and on/off key until i see the apple logo, or holding down just the on/off key(never see the power bar).   I have an appointment, but would rather not go into the store.  If there is another way to brick the phone, I could then restore from backup.   Thanks!

My iPhone 5 can't be restored error-1

My iPhone 5 keeps shutting down and reseting all the data and then it began to do vertical lines on the screen and dime strangely and it enter in restart loop So I tried to restore the phone and iTunes told it's going to update to 6.1.4 ( it was 6.1.3 ) and restore  but it gives me error -1 or 9I don't know what to do knowing that I don't live in the same country from where I bought it and here they refuse to maintain the iPhone

Some times ago i replaced in apple care from an apple store an iPhone 5. Recently my phone ( the one replaced ) was stolen. I would like to lock at the police dept of my town, but they need the imei of the iphone stolen. In support profile there are all my apple products but not my iphone 5, ( no iPhone 5 at all, the original one and the replaced one) and on the box there's the imei of the original iPhone 5 .  How i can do to retrieve imei of the replaced iPhone ? i don't have anymore the receipt from the apple store; they have in their computer my repair request with this information i need ?

Can explain why my iPhone has gone MAD

For the past two days while my phone is charging I have not been able to explain this and sound sane. If I touch the settings icon the camera will open up, if Safari is touched then settings opens, allowing no function be assigned to their icon and it's is really freagin weird. A few times I have tried to power off the phone but won't allow me to slide the power bar off. Holding down the power/homescreen button will restart the phone but right back to madness. Can anyone at all explain what the **** is going on with my phone?? I did notice it with a particular charger and close to 2 other laptops. Not sure, but with my boyfriend around I thought he was playing a joke on me since he is very computer literate but denies anything to do with this and from what I can tell by what I've read it could be the charger? I need to know cause it's not anything I wish to encounter again, If this had video I'd show you. possessed I swear!

Has else had trouble with iphone 5 touch screen

So this happened within the last week. I bought my iPhone 5 brand new, its been perfect up until i clicked on my email icon at the bottom and it opened the calendar that is at the top of the screen. Also, when typing in imessage it clicked edit by itself, as if i wanted to delete text messages. Also, if you press your finger down on one spot on the screen and don't move, the screen shakes until it randomly decides to click something. I just want to know if anyone else has had this problem, if so did you restore it or just take it to apple? Also, If i restart it or do a hard reset it works fine for a bit then randomly decides to go crazy. If someone could help me out,Thanks! Its driving me nuts.

Fix Iphone 4s restore error-1

This morning I dropped my Iphone 4s in water and got it out rather quickly. I put the Iphone in rice to dry it out, and it seemed to be working just fine. Later on in the day my signal dropped. Everything else on my Iphone is working perfectly except for the signal. It constantly says "searching" but never actually finds anything. So trying to fix it I thought I should restart my phone to factory settings to see if that'll work and while trying to do so I got hit with the "Error (-1)" message and it wont continue the restoration.  Is there a way to fix this?    **Also, with the signal problem, I tried a new sim card, tried turning it off and on and a hard restart but that didn't help either.**

Today, my phone suddenly froze and so then I decided to restart it by pressing the home and sleep button at the same time. I was expecting the Apple logo to appear but it never did. I've tried a bunch of things like putting it on recovery mode and so then I just gave up and decided to bring it to the Apple store since I'm still under warranty. Do I still have to pay for the repair for the crack or is it covered since before this, I had no problem with the function of my phone. If not, is there any other way I could possibly turn my phone on? HELP PLEASE

Is my first time using the Apple products so I do not know what is happenning and I would like to have some enlight in this kind of issue. DESCRIPTION: Was adquiered today and the vendor showed that everything was all right it it and even was chanrged at 75%But then, when I got home, I thought that would be better to charge it completely, so I did plugged it at let it be off.And I did came back it didn't want to turn on. -Did try to start it up-restart using the home and ON bottom-Plugling in again for 10 minutes -Start up againAnd still remain inresponsive.  I'm just lasting to use the I Tunes stuff...but I'm afraid to lose something in the process...As has been mentioned in many vids. I cracked my Iphone 5 screen a couple months ago and just recently the lock button has stopped working. But I heard Apple will most likely replace your phone if is freezing like crazy.  I went into the Apple store way before I cracked my screen and complained about my Iphone 5 freezing. They told me to restart it and all that & I did, and it still freezes.

Remote App won t stay connected to Itunes iPhone 3G

PC - Windows 7Itunes 11.0.2.26IPhone 5 fully updatedIPhone 4 fully updatedIpad 2 fully updated. The Remote App will not stay connected to Itunes.  When I close and reopen itunes, Itunes shows up and works fine with all iphones/ipad.  However, after a period of time the connection is lost and it will not reconnect until I restart Itunes.  I have an apple TV3 that works flawlessly with the Remote App.  The Remote App worked fine with Itunes until I recently installed a new Netgear R6300 router.  I have worked through all of the suggested troubleshooting items here: support.apple.com/kb/TS1741 with no success.  Logically, it would appear that the problem is coming from the router.  I have engaged the netgear customer service who thus far has not come up with a solution.  Does anyone have any suggestions?   I use the remote app to play itunes from PC on my airplay enable home stereo and I am greatly frustrated and saddened that this no longer works properly.  It's probably my favorite function of all my apple profucts. Thank you for reading this!

i can buy any apps from app store but i cant buy any in-game offer for my game. it is said "cant connect to itunes store". i did restart my iphone5 couple of times and disable my wifi then enable again and uninstall then re-install my game. but i still cant connect to itunes store as it is said in-game. the game i play is Dragon Bane. iPhone 4S continuously shows low load balance notification

It all started when I took some pictures today, then after couple of photos, the Camera app crashes. Tried to open up the camera app again and attempted to take some photos but it crashes immediately again. Couple of seconds later I get this notification. Lots of it. Next thing I did is to hard restart my iPhone but although the notification appears again even though I don't take pictures now. It seems for me that this issue isn't influenced by the camera at all but more on iOS issue. From then on I keep getting this notification to the point whenever I wake my iPhone, I keep pressing the DISMISS button. This is really annoying and frustrating as it attempts to consume my load. For additional info:iPhone 4S 32GBiOS 6.1.3Not jailbrokeniPhone is not set for any 3G/data subscription, whatsoever. You understand it is a mesh. At the Vodaphone store they say its a hardware problem. The want to collect it and repair. Crashing and screen flickering problems. iPhone 4

I too have had the "flickering/flashing" screen problem...I received my first iPhone 4 on release day (6/24); had no display issues until 3 days later, on 6/27. First occurred while on call in car; phone continued to work but display was black; had to do the two-button "hard restart" method to reboot phone. I was away on vacation for a week (not near an Apple Store), and phone continued to have this issue at least once/day. It could be on any screen or app...had it occur on calendar, a game, the home screen, etc. It would begin flashing ~8 times, then go to a "lit up black" (not off but slightly and evenly lit up black). Sometimes it would be 75% black, w/ a whiter "band" across the top 25% of the display.I discovered that sometimes if I quickly hit the button on top while it was still flashing, I could "save it."I have videoed this (using my 3GS phone...now my wife's) a few times, and it also did it at the Genius Bar at my local Apple Store last Friday (7/9) when I returned it. They saw it in-person, and watched one of my videos, and promptly gave me a replacement phone.However, the NEXT day, 7/10, my replacement iPhone 4 has started to do a similar thing...no "flashing/flickering", just goes to the "lighter black" screen. First occurred when trying to open the calendar. I contacted Tech support and spoke to someone at Apple for ~1 hour, who said there have been NO reported display issues from others, and thought it perhaps was due to a corrupt "Restore from backup" file. She suggested that I do a regular restore (not from backup), but I have hesitated to do so yet, instead looking/waiting to see if others have had this issue, as I don't want to lose contact, texting & calendar info.She also said it was not good to perform the "hard restart" (two button) function very much... I eventually have tried the "slide to power off" across the top of the black screen, and phone turned off and could restart with just the single (upper) button. So the phone is ON...just display isn't...I am an AVID iPhone user (have had the 2G, 3GS and now 4 model) for 2 1/2 years, and this won't make me "switch"...I just want it FIXED..!

I had a story about not charging iPhone. PHcharge my iPhoneI insterday evening (Philippine Time). But it charged less than 1 second. It running out. I plug it anywhere but it not worked. I had to check the battery bar, i found that my iPhone is depleted fast. I checked the LCI but it white. I tried anything:A. Charged for at least 15 minutesB. iPhone 4s Wifi problem, After using the device of 7 month. wifi is not working. BEFORE WAS WORKING FINE and now wifi is not able to identify. OS - 6.1.3After it turns off it gets put into " recovery mode". and even if i do the "restart", i have to do it several times before the phone actually turns on. phone is 1 year and 5 mos old. already tried to restore it but it just keeps on shutting down. can anybody help?

My IPhone wont turn on after updating

My Iphone 4G was updating to the latest i.OS software on itunes (on my windows computer). As usual, my phone had to restart. It turned off, but as it was turning on (when the screen just shows that silver apple logo) an error message came up on itunes saying that it couldnt update the software (I forgot to get the error number). But my phone is stuck with that silver apple logo on it. My computer tells me to restore my phone, which I tried, but everytime I do that, itunes says "extracting software" and then it says "preparing to restore" then it comes up with an error message (number 2009). I have tried restarting my computer. My phone is stuck like this. What should I do? Please help!

iPhone 5 audio fail

Does anyone have audio fail problem on their iPhone 5 (iOS 6.1.4)? This happeded twice on my iPhone. First time was when I was using my phone as usual and it just suddently truned into mute by itself. The other one was when the alarm was ringing but no sound just vibration. I'm sure that I did not turn into silent mode. Except the sound, it still functions well. System just poped up a message asking me to reboot my device. It recovered after restart, but I still want to know how to deal with this problem.

Hi there!!...my ifone4s is no longer producing sound of any description with the exception of the earphone jack!!! I am running iOS 6.1.3....i have tried reset,restart and restore----no joy....i have cleaned the dock port and speaker and mike area ----no joy! Now my question,,,is this a hardware malfunction or a bug from the iOS???..this is a replacement fone (march 2013)  my previous fone suffered a wifi antennae breakdown after an iOS update!!,,,covered under warranty...this fone is now given trouble,,is this fone covered under warranty surely li should get more than three months outta my new fone - no???...any advice or help from anyone will be greatly appreciated especially as regards warranty...thanks in advance for looking...

Weather app showing wrong day and temperature iPhone 3G

When I check the weather in the notification tray and in the built-in weather app it says it's Sunday and the temperature is 45 degrees where I am.  That's incorrect.  It's Thursday and 67 degrees.   I also tried weather for major cities and it's showing the wrong day and temperature for them as well.  I checked Yahoo Weather and that data is correct.  I restarted my phone and at some point it showed the wrong data for my town in the local weather page, but the correct weather when I manually added my town, but when refreshing it's wrong for both. There's a number of complaints on Twitter about this.   What's going on?  How can Yahoo's weather be correct, but the iPhone's wrong since the iPhone weather app uses data from Yahoo?

If the iPhone reached 1% charge and shutdown, forcing restart can damage the battery...thisis the auto shutoff point to protect the battery. If the battery will not charge with different chargers on different outlets, it may have been damaged and needs to be tested by the techs at an Apple store genius bar.

Weird bugglitch rendering my phone unusuable. Help iPhone 4S

I attempted to turn my iPhone 4s on, and as soon as the apple logo came up a weird string of code came up, then my phone would restart and do the same thing.I put the phone in recovery mode and attempted to reset it, but as it was resetting the code came up again. Now the phone is stuck at the plug iPhone to iTunes spot, and it continues to not let me reset my phone. What do I do?

Issues after 6.1.4 update iPhone 5

IS anyone else having issues after the 6.1.4 update? Here is what I have experienced in the last two days.  1- Unable to access a locked or secure network.  It asks for password initially.  When entered, it is unable to connect.  I restart and then go to Settings, find the network and click.  I never get a prompt for the password, just "Unable to Connect" 2-Bluetooth.    I can after a few attempts to connect my Bluetooth headphones, only after I get a "Failed attempt" a few times.  Then only music works, unable to make phone calls.  This happens with two different products.  A SENA SMH 10R and LG HBS 700.   3- Music play - I found this issue out when trying to figure out problem with Bluetooth.  I can start to play a song fine, but if I click on the ">>" or "<< "  it freaks the player out and then skips multiple songs or stops play and goes back to the playlist.  At first it was doing this with the Bluetooth headphones when using it to make selections.  So I deleted the devices and the iPhone continued to do it when selecting functions on the screen.  Some playlists did it and some don't.  Creating a new playlist did not help.  Additional Info.Apple Store replaced my iphone on Saturday 5.4.13 because if antina issues.  The issues above came after I restored from backup and updated the OS.  I have erased the phone 2 times since getting the new phone and restored from back up and rebuilt from Itunes and neither way makes a difference above. What is going ON?   Message was edited by: Karl Kroeker  Corrected Version update

My iPhone 4S which is barely a year old was smacked out of my hands  and the backglass broke, it needed a reboot (Lock and home button) everytime I accidently bumped it, even putting it in my lifeproof case, the screen went blank, I rebooted it, about a month after it cracked, it wouldn't even show the screen, I really don't want to have to go without my iPhone, and I don't want to have to buy or have to pay $100 to get it fixed. My mom passed me her phone as she couldn't get it to restart.  I got it to charge and restart in recovery mode.  However, I've tried all steps on this and many other forums and it is stuck in "trying to restore".  On the phone, it will blink a white screen, show the apple logo and a progress bar then quickly disappear then on the computer give me error code 9.  I have tried 3 different cords, on both my MacBook Air and my iMac.  Same results on both computers.  She purchased a new phone as she couldn't do without, but would love to fix this phone and give to one of my children.  This phone has not been jailbroken.  Any help would be sooooo appreciated!  Not sure what will happen if I try to take this to Apple.

logging into iTunes iPhone 4

I was logged into iTunes on my iPhone 4, I logged out, attempted to login under my other Apple ID, and it gave me an error message: "Cannot log into iTunes, an unknown error occured." Does anyone know if this is a common problem, and whether or not it is on my end (communication to apple) or on their end (communication from apple)? Since then it will not allow me to login under either Apple ID. I have tried, while connected to a reliable wi-fi source, and while connected through cellular service. Still no luck. On to restart I guess.
