My notes application crashes when I press the icon. I have been able to find notes using the search. I can add notes. Sometimes I can arrow left and right through my notes, but sometimes it will crash. I cannot see the list of notes at all. I might Have a thousand notes (at least many hundreds). I have closed the phone, reset the phone, openned about twenty apps and x-xd them closed, backed up, updated to the latest version of ios, and nothing helps this situation. I deleted a bunch of notes to the left and right of the note that crashes. I have copied notes as new notes then deleted the original note. This has become a Microsoft windows product for me - lots of work for me and very little productivity from the iPhone in the case of this very simple Apple app. DOES APPLE READ AND RESPOND TO THESE DISCUSSIONS? Thanks to anyone who can help.
I am experiencing random reboots ever since the ios6 update. Even when it is not bring used it will just crash.
Good Afternoon, ive recently started up my own business fixing mobile phones - mostly cracked screens and chassis replacements. Just recently i thought id got a bargain on ebay regarding an iphone 4. It was described as working correctly, can make / receive calls and send texts etc but randomly locks up. Ive got the phone today, unfortunately its locked to the 3 network so ive got a micro sim on the way so I cant actually proceed further at this point. Although it did crash once on me when i tried to select language's etc - had to hold the home and power button down until it turned off. Ive read on the forums that this is a common fault, and can occur to any iphone - faulty or otherwise. And the main concensus seems to be to take it back to the store for a swap. My main question is - seeing how im likely to come across this fault again - is the fault software or hardware related? If its hardware related what circuit board is likely to be the culprit? If we could identify the problem then im sure I could just order the required part on ebay. The fact that apple havent recalled the iphone and that they will accept these faulty iphone's back and swap for new suggests to me its an easy fix - its just easier for the technicians to go in the store room and get a brand new one. Secondly ive just got another iphone 4 white - bought cheap as its totally dead. Tried a new battery and still nothing. Got a new dock / charging connector on the way - is it likely to be this at fault? Doesnt seem to be any sign of water damage, and it wasnt described as this on the ebay page. When id swapped the new battery over i tried to charge the phone ( to see if id fixed it ) and it got extremely hot - so i disconnected right away and left it to cool off. Whats likely to be the issue with that one? Thanks, and hope someone can help Adam
Lately I've been having probelms with my iPhone 4s. I bought it in July of last year. The problems include: my lock button is jambed, the phone thinks that I have headphones in when I don't, and applications such as Camera and Safari constantly crash. The screen also does not always respond when I touch it and it does not ring or vibrate when I recieve calls sometimes (I did check to see if my ringer was on, along with vibrating in Sounds under Settings). I have Apple Care+. Can I trade it in for a refurbished phone? Also, for an extra fee would I be able to trade it in for a refurbished iPhone 5?
I have an iPhone 5 64 GB running iOS 6.1.4 on AT&T. Over the past ~ three days, have noted that the iPhone randomly "crashes". Could be when I am using an app. Could be when I am making a phone call. Could be when it is simply connected to the power cord and haven't touched it at all. The cycle is as follows: Screen suddenly goes blankThe white Apple logo (which typicaly appears during boot-up) appears for 3 - 5 secondsI hear the "chirp" that normally sounds at the end of boot-upThe iPhone lock lock screen then appears Sometimes, when the phone emerges from lock screen, the brightness is about half of what it was prior. I have not been able to isolate this behavior to a specific set of circumstances. When it occurs during a phone call, the call is interrupted / other party is silenced, but if I swipe at lock screen, the call resumes (the other party notes that I went silent during duration). I have re-started / re-booted the iPhone 15 times. I have cleared all apps from the cache. I have disabled all notifications and location services. I have done a Reset All Settings on iPhone and restored from iCloud. I have done a Restore from iTunes. The problem continues. I would say that this crash cycle occurs about every 30 - 60 minutes. As noted, many times when I'm not even touching / using the iPhone. Have also noted that when not connected to power supply, the iPhone is quite warm, and battery drain is at an accelerated rate of 3x to 4x of "normal", worse than prior iOS 6 related battery issues. Have also tried all the usual battery saving tricks - wifi is off, GPS is off, EQ is off, etc. Any thoughts before I head to the Genius Bar? Thanks! TCF

We found that your app uses one or more non-public APIs, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines. The use of non-public APIs is not permissible because it can lead to a poor user experience should these APIs change. We found the following non-public API/s in your app:_terminateWithStatus:If you have defined methods in your source code with the same names as the above-mentioned APIs, we suggest altering your method names so that they no longer collide with Apple's private APIs to avoid your application being flagged in future submissions.Additionally, one or more of the above-mentioned APIs may reside in a static library included with your application. If you do not have access to the library's source, you may be able to search the compiled binary using "strings" or "otool" command line tools. The "strings" tool can output a list of the methods that the library calls and "otool -ov" will output the Objective-C class structures and their defined methods. These techniques can help you narrow down where the problematic code resides. We appreciate that you may have made the precautions in your code for using non-public APIs, however, there is no way to accurately or completely predict how an API may be modified and what effects those modifications may have. For this reason, we do not permit the use of non-public APIs in App Store apps.If there are no alternatives for providing the functionality your app requires, we encourage you to file anenhancement request. Or, try working with the Apple Developer Technical Support team to explore alternative solutions. On occasion, there may be apps on the App Store that don't appear to be in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines. We work hard to ensure that the apps on the App Store are in compliance and we try to identify any apps currently on the App Store that may not be. It takes time to identify these occurrences but another app being out of compliance is not a reason for your app to be.For discrete code-level questions, you may wish to consult with Apple Developer Technical Support. Hi, I clicked on "update all" apps on my iPhone and since then I am unable to access all the potentially "updated" ones.Normally I would do a restart and update them from my computer, but this time it doesn't help. Even if I delete the app and reinstall it from the computer or iphone it reapears as "installing" and it doesn't work. Restored backup didn't work either. Does anyone has a suggestion how to reset what ever is preventing the iPhone from reinstalling the apps from scratch? Thank you so much,Ludwig
I got an iPhone 5 for Christmas, so around 3 months of having it, my iPhone has recently been having major problems. My phone will randomly crash when doing normal things like on a phone call or on an app. The touching is really really slow and itll freeze for a couple seconds before finally realizing that I hit it. This problem was happening when I had 6.1.2 when this problem started, and now even updated with the most recent 6.1.3, its still happening. Any other 5 users expierencing this? Any ideas on what to do?
anyone else have this issue??

Hello, My new iphone 5 for verizon is having some issues. 1. App crash - Almost every app I open, excluding pre loaded will not function. I have to re open the app several times to get it up. after updating to the new IOS last night I have noticed the frequency increase2. Music will not play - for the last week or so, my music players will not function. Pandora or apple music specifically. I load the app, select music and it starts to play and immediatly pauses. I have done soft resets, turned phone on and off and reloaded pandora to test. I am wondering if this is a hardware or software related issue. Any advice on possible fixes would be appriciated. I am thinking I might need to go into apple, but would like to avoid this if possible.
Trouble with new IOS 6.2.1!!! HUGE crash with most of my apps but on top of this... No more music if i don't have head set on the iphone. The slide bar for volume is gone ???? How can i get back to IOS 6.1.1 or 6.0.1
Whenever I try to buy stuff from apps or games, the application just completely crashes. I can't seem to find a reason why this is actually happening. I have been restarting it and still looking for an answer. My next thought is if I should restore the phone? I'm trying to lean away from this idea as I've heard there has been unfortunate consequences to it. If anyone can help, that would be great. Thanks.
Dear Contacts Journal Support Team, Each time i have been trying what you put up for me,i always delete The Application Completely, then go to iTune Apps Store to re-download it. I know the apps store will not give me an old version, that is why i do not use my Mac or iMac to replace the application however this has also been updated on my Macs. I reiterated in my message yesterday that,it is not that what you asked me to do is not working or i did not follow your instructions into details. I did follow every steps you stated. The end result is that, WHEN IT REACHES DATA MIGRATION,THE SCREEN WILL BE BLACK OR LIGHT BLUE BLACK,WITH A WHITE SCROLLING LINE THREAD ON THE DEVICE SCREEN,MEANING MIGRATION IS ABOUT TO TAKE PLACE. THIS WILL MOVE FOR ABOUT 2 or 3SECONDS,AND IT WILL crash. I have tried this several time,i do not mind starting all over again,i just want it to work with iCloud. We can give you feedback, and i praise your effort for not getting tired to respond. This is a good and real customer service assistance of which i really appreciate. My devices are up-to-date,and the application i download is the latest version. Please let's makes this application work, there is non like it on The Apps Store. So you should be proud of your work and your innovation which i see as very powerful as well as extremely useful. But when it becomes unworkable it render all my eulogies to your effort meaningless. Thanks for contacting me again and i hope you will make it work again. Please forget about my previous DATA,i want to start it NEW. But you can not turn ON & OFF even the iCloud on Contacts Journal. Can you confirm this step:- make sure all devices are updated to iOS6.1, and running the latest version of the app (3.3) [you can check if you have the latest version of the app by going to the App Store on your device, then checking the Updates section to see if you see any update for CJournal] - Another way to check is when you open CJournal, go to More -> Contact Us -> About page -> it should show the current app version. This is very important. If you are running the previous version of the app (3.2.1), then this crash will definitely happen on iOS6.1. You need to upgrade the CJournal app to the latest. After updating the app, you will have to follow the same steps as before, including cleaning up the iCloud database. Regards. This has happened at least more than 5 to 7 times on one device. I have got main 2 iPhone 5 main lines, the other lines are subsidiary to my European lines and Dublin. So,i do not on or try to set them at the same time. 2. We just sent you an email an hour before you sent this one!! It had instructions on how to overcome this particular problem "Cannot sync since another device is syncing at the same time". It doesn't look like you followed those instructions at all. This is our detailed feedback, so please read and follow them closely::- you can only get this message when you are trying to sync to iCloud with CJournal. It means that something else got stuck while syncing with iCloud before, and it needs you to clean up the iCloud database for CJournal (as previously instructed, and repeated below)- there is no hope for us to recover your previous data. The best we can do is to get the app working again with iCloud, by cleaning up your iCloud data for CJournal- your old data was previously wiped out when you cleaned up the iCloud database without backing it up. There isn't any chance that we can recover that. Maybe the Apple iCloud engineers can restore that for you (though I doubt it). If they do, then let us know and we can figure something out. Meanwhile, follow these instructions for resetting your iCloud data:- make sure all devices are updated to iOS6.1, and running the latest version of the app (3.3) [you can check if you have the latest version of the app by going to the App Store on your device, then checking the Updates section to see if you see any update for CJournal]- make sure to turn off iCloud sync option in CJournal, on all devices- To clean out your iCloud database, you have to go to the Settings app -> iCloud -> Storage and Backup -> Manage Storage -> Documents and Data -> Show All -> look for Contacts Journal. (if you don’t see it, then look for “icloud” with a blank white icon). Here, press the Edit button, then the Delete All button. This will clean out your iCloud database. Note that it will take a few minutes for your data to be deleted from your other devices, and you shouldn’t try syncing any of your devices to iCloud in the meantime. - Now restart all your devices by powering them down, then power them back up again.- Now, wait 5-10 minutes for the delete to go through- On one of your devices, with the latest data, turn on iCloud. If it gives an initial message saying "iCloud data already exists", then press Cancel. It means it hasn't updated from iCloud that you deleted the data. You'll have to open the Settings app and go to the same Show All page again, just so the device tries to connect to iCloud again. Wait a few minutes before trying to enable iCloud again.- After it's done transferring the information to iCloud, wait a few minutes, then connect your 2nd device to iCloud and let it connect with the existing iCloud data. If it gives a message saying "First Time iCloud Sync", then press Cancel. It means it hasn't detected the data you just uploaded from iCloud yet. Try again in a minute. Please follow these instructions closely. Let me know any instruction isn't clear to you.Regards. Hello, I'm Italian. Since I updated to 6.1 and activate the line Vodafone LTE in Milan, phone screen responds much less to the touch and also crashes often. Do you also have this problem?
There is another discussion how this error occurs when you are plugged into your Mac charging as your update concurrently downloads. I think the Apple writers suck for not preventing this error: https://discussions.apple.com/message/21060052#21060052
My Facebook app started shutting down every time I open my messages. Tried shutting it down and reinstalling but didn't help. Any ideas?
WSJ app was migrated to Newsstand a month or two ago (I didn't do this... one day, like magic, my WSJ app was gone and the WSJ logo appeared in Newsstand). It's never worked for me since it was moved to Newsstand and I'm just getting around to dealing with this now. Some additional details:It is the only thing in my Newsstand app. If I click on Newsstand the phone displays the black screen with grey apple logo (like during start up) for a moment and then I need to enter my password to get back into the phone. This discussion seems to address a similar (same?) issue. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4623165?start=0&tstart=0 In the discussion referenced above, answer is to "delete the WSJ app from the newsstand and reinstall it, then the WSJ app will not crash when it is started." My problem: I don't know how to delete the WSJ app from Newsstand. Most apps I delete by pressing until apps shake and X marks appear then I click on X. However I can't delete Newsstand (no X) and I can't get into Newsstand to delete WSJ. So how do I delete WSJ from Newsstand??? Thanks in advance!!
I double clicked the home button and deleted all the running apps but that doesn't help. I haven't jailbroken my phone or anything either.
Recently my phone started freezing, then it will occasionally crash. I am unable to connect it to my wifi and it will drop calls. I was wondering if I restore it will I oose all my phone numbers I have stored or do they get backed up to itunes?
I bought the iphone 5 has not been one week do not understand why the home key of the time activities at stops working, not crash or fall. hope its help, probably due to software, not hardware failure, what do I do now?
hi, my problem: after 2-3 min. iphone is going off or rebooting only when sleeping. Works normally when charging. IOS 6.0.1 (10a523). Bought at istore, no hacked, not jailbroked, no dropped and no water damage. That resterts/switch off generates crash raports: - awdd_(date)-1.consolidated.metriclog- (date)-(hour).panic.plist Is anybody can help to read that file for me? thanks.
Iv'e had my IPhone 4s about a month, works fine. My friend recently decided to spam me with as many emoji's as possible. I eneded getting 65 messages filled with emoji's. I think it caused imessage to crash, because when I try to open the app, it simply crashes and goes back to the home screen. Now the only way i can text is using Siri. Is there some way to clear imessage without opening the app? I would really prefer not to restore my phone, so any other solutions would be welcome.
I got the new Iphone 5 for Christmas and within a few hours it started to crash on me. Just shutting off and then turning back on randomly. The screen would either go darker then tun off or freeze with lines on it and turn off. It went through a phase of turning on and off several times straight after one another and now it won't turn on at all. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you get over it?Does it fix it's self or do I need to take it somewhere?Where would be best to take it, the shop I got it or an Apple shop? Many Thanks
Hey guys I'm new to forums so sorry of this has been asked befor but I can't find it anywhere.Basically I had a little trouble before hand but since ios6 my wifi and 3G have turned to crap on my iPhone 4S.It now and again can't find my router or work router but more issues than that here goes. Can be connected to router but have no Internet (speed tests pickup nothing) 3G breaks on and off even when in a hot zone for 3G Wifi even when connected has not got a stable connection and fluctuates a lot eg: on a 900KB/s goes between 10KB/s and 400KB/s randomly and usually the lower end of that scale, happens on 3G aswell but that's understandable Wifi is solid but sometimes breaks like 3G and causes a game or download to stop or crash. Now I've tried all things I have found in other posts, resetting network, full backup restore, hard reset, forgetting network ect but none work the or thing I have tried that worked was turning off mobile data whilst on wifi to stop it from the first issue in list where it is connected but not having Internet but I shouldn't have to do that! Unfortunately my warranty just ran out so failing a fix have I got a legal leg to stand on to get a replacement since it was apple that ****** this up? Keep checking for a update/fix to but don't know whereI would find that. Btw my phone isn't jail broken and never has been and I don't intend to either rant over Thanks
All of my iPhone 4S Non-Preloaded apps have been crashing upon their startup. The titlescreen for the app appears and then it just cuts back to the iPhone launch sreen. The iPhone then shows the app is running but clicking the app icon does nothing after the intial app startup. I have iOS 6.0.1 and all apps are up to date. I have restarted, reset, and restored my iPod and the problem continues. I have also tried deleting and downloading the app again. The phone has been treated with great care. No recent accidents could have caused this. I doubt Apple will let me trade it in and I can't update for another year, so switching up would be very expensive. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
i have had a problem recently my iphone 4s appears to crash but shows a low battery icon on the screen and the phone freezes, nothin works at allit has happened twice now once using the itorch app the other using the micoach app, with bluetooh headphones. both apps i have used many times before without troublethe strange thing is just before the issues happened the battery was saying around 70% full !!when i got home and plugged it into the mains the phone immedietly came back to life showing that it is still 70% charged, no idea why this has started happening....i have latest software version ios 6.0.1is this a known glitch ?? anyone had a similar issue
running various apps. Tried restoring multiple time using new profiles each time still getting same results. Help? This is the second phone to do this. Took first phone back to Apple Store & got a new one. New one is doing exactly the same thing. Getting a lot of low memory messages in the crash logs along with some other Incident reports added in. Will not completely sync either from time to time and crashes while syncing. Ideas?
In two days ago, my safari always crash when opening facebook.comMy phone is 3GS and ios 4.1. The same problem happen when I use facebook app for ios (v4.0)Is this the memory cause? (out of memory) or something else?anyone got the same problem like me?
Greetings, I have an iPhone 5 64gb white on AT&T. I previously had an iPhone 4 that I updated to iOS 6. I use iCloud to back everything up. When I got my new 5, I set it up to restore from the most recent iCloud backup. It completed the restore and my settings were present (bookmarks, IM messages, background and lock screen photos) but none of my apps were there despite the phone telling me that my apps would continue to download. The apps did not download, but that's not my issue. The problem is that once the restore is complete (eg: you get the welcome screen that says 'You may now begin using your iPhone') and you power off the phone and reboot, you get greeted with a superimposed Apple logo progress bar (like the one you get when the iOS is updating) over the lock screen and the home screen. The screen continues to flicker unless you press the lock screen button. The phone is "useable" in that the screen will accept input but the progress bar does not seem to progress at all. I've attempted a restore from an older iCloud backup (iOS 6) with the same results. I have not attempted to do a restore with an older backup from when my iPhone 4 was on iOS 5. Here is a link to a blog that has a video of the phenomenon I am describing: http://www.pulpconnection.net/2012/09/iphone-5-screen-flicker-problem/ I should add that I erased/reset the phone each time before I attempted a new iCloud restore. I am also connected to my home network via 802.11n wireless network with WPA2 security. The phone will continue to function before you reboot it except for that certain applications will not launch and crash to desktop (DirecTV Sunday Ticket and TweetBot are the only ones I can currently remember). Any thoughts? -CraigiPhone 5, iOS 6
My iPhone 5, which i have had for a couple of weeks now, continuously crashes in a weird way. It will, while im using random applications but mostly imessage, and maps, and when i am on the home screen go to a black screen with the apple logo, as if i had done a home button + power button restart, and then come back to the lock screen within a few seconds. As well, iMessages, Maps, Chrome and other apps crash frequently while i am using them. At random times, and not when i do a certain thing. i cannot replicate either crashing issue by doing anything other than just use of my phone. I have had my iPhone replaced twice, i am on the third iPhone 5 in the past 2 weeks, each one i've had i have done a restart, reset, restore both from the backup and "fresh", where i have manually loaded the applications, logged into icloud, and started a new sync. I still get the problem. I think it may have somethign to do with my iCloud account, i have a legacy @me account that is connected with my iCloud account, but turning off icloud on my phone does nothing. It isn't time related, and doesn't happen on regular intervals (I thought it might have been mail fetching new data, turned it off and the problem still persists). Below are some crash reports (found in settings, general, about, Diagnostics & Usage Data), i've taken a some from the springboard, imessage, maps, and some others. I have more than 120 crash reports since 5 PM on the 16th (When i last tried to restart, reset, restore), until this morning the 18th. This is the most frustrating issue i've had with an apple product, ever. Thank you so much for your help. Hello, I am attempting to find a fix for my iPhone's battery draining too fast. Two days ago I purchased a new iPhone 5, the long battery life of the iPhone was one of the key reasons I upgraded. However I noticed after getting home that the battery was draining very rapidly (with 4 hours of normal usage) I have attempted to resolve this issue my turning off bluetooth and wifi when not in use. I have also looked online via a google search to see if I was the only one having this issue. It seems that there are some bugs in iOS 6, I am including one my crash reports with the hope that someone will be able to help me resolve this issue. Thank you in advance. timestamp: 1352515396429crashReporterKey: "50116e7ebd32bf746befd265bccc1b54e7c2a4ab"isAnonymous: truedeviceConfigId: 152investigationId: 0model: "iPhone5,2"softwareBuild: The latest update (6.1) which was automatically downloaded via Wi-Fi now keeps making all my apps and calls crash and close down. Anyone esle have the same problem? I dont dare update my ipad!
iPhone 5 iOS6 Battery Drain Experience Initial when I first got my iPhone 5 I was pretty happy with the battery life on it, I thought nice it lasts a decent amount of time. Typical usage was surfing the net, listen to some music and check my email. My trouble began is when I changed my contract to a new supplier with LTE and an unlimited data plan, this is when I went into my settings and turned on iCloud and LTE. The following morning I unplugged my phone and went to work, normally my battery would easily last all day with 40% ish left, within 5 hours I was down to 12%. Not good luckily I had ordered another power cable from Apple and it had arrived just in time! Anyway through trial /error and spendings a lot of time on the web I have finally solved my battery drain issue, below is a summary of the troubles with my previous setup! NOTE: Within “Settings / General / About / Diagnostics & Usage / Diagnostics & Usage Data” contains your crash logs, if you are experiencing battery issues then you should have some crash logs in here! This was the key to fixing my battery issues.TIP: crash logs can also be found on your computer:http://support.polkast.com/entries/20647357-where-can-i-find-crash-logs-for-my-i os-devices-ipad-ipod-iphone Okay the:1.Big Battery Drainers - dataaccessd process – My crash log contained about multiple “dataaccessd” There are numerous threads on this issue on the web and numerous fixes. It’s basically linked to the Exchange server calendar: I performed a full reset.Switched my exchange account from “push” to “manual”, I haven’t seen a crash log on this anymore (7 days now). https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2145413?start=0&tstart=0 MobileMail process – Additional to my work exchanger server email I also have yahoo and gmail mail on my iPhone, I never really found out what this was exactly related to but my fix was to have some common sense:I turned off “Contacts / Calenders / Reminders / Notes” on my yahoo / gmail accounts and only used the iCloud ones, I believe there was some interference/clash of some sort and only using “Contacts / Calenders / Reminders / Notes” from one source helped me resolve the MobileMail process issue.Switched my yahoo / gmail accounts “push” to “manual” also, I believe “Fetch” causes no issue either. iCloud Issues – Swtiching on iCloud on its own wasn’t really the issue, I have all the options on and with push settings without much battery drain. But when I reviewed my crash logs I found another two crash processes “PocketPlanes” / “Toshl”, these are two of the apps have backup to iCloud options enabled automatically and it seems they were trying to backup all day!I simply disabled there iCloud backup or limited the backup to occur when wi-fi was available. 2. Medium Battery Drainer – LTE – Super fast connection but my office seems to be in an area that causes my iPhone to continuously switch between LTE and 3G networks, this I noticed was causing a drain on my battery.Switch LTE off if you note the switching issue, it’s not really needed when your phone is in standby. Switch it back on if you want to use the full speed. 3. Other Battery Drainers – These are further tweaks I found useful and have made some difference to battery life:Settings / Wi-Fi – Some noticeable gains with this turned off while no Wi-Fi is around.Settings / Bluetooth – This was switched on automatically on my iPhone from factory, switch on only when you need it.Settings / General / About / Diagnostics & Usage / Diagnostics & Usage Data – “Don’t Send” ticked, this would save you data and power.Settings / Location Services – I have most of these ticked “On”, only one I have “Off” is passbook. I don’t have many passbook items and the ones I have self-generated seems to keep triggering the location services program to keep pinging my location every time I unlock the phone. This is not needed so I’ve turned it to “Off”.Settings / Location Services / System Services – I’ve turned most of the options to “Off”, I found that each process had ran at least once in the last 24 hours and they are all basically collecting information for apple and not really enriching the experience for the user. Once you’ve gone through the list you will see the location services arrow a lot less! If you want to found out more I would suggest search the web for each option, it was interesting reading. After resolving all the above issues and doing some minor tweaks I have an iPhone that has very good battery life and does not have itsmain features (iCloud / Location Services) disabled to a point where its not really a smart phone anymore! The key to resolving your battery issues revolve around your crash logs! Hope this helps people resolve their battery issues!
