Good night;guys, I have a problem and would like some help:I bought it on Amazon, 1 iphone 5 Unlocked, factory unlocked. The device functioned normally and after an update, it did not take over my chip and says the device is locked (is asking to put a valid chip). After several attempts, I got in touch with the Apple of my country (Brazil), and to my surprise, the search for the serial device, they reported that the device is locked by Sprint and manufactures do not accept support or exchange (The unit has 1 month bought with full price in amazon), telling me to settle with Amazon. I insisted informing them that the unit was purchased unlocked and they also reported that this device is aimed at the European market, it works with CDMA and GSM and Apple Brazil suporPelas just the research I have done and talking to some people, I passed the information that Sprint can easily inform this code (or Imei) not sure which unlocks the device again, but have no information on how to get or do that. I contacted Amazon stating what happened and I'm waiting for a position within it, is to send the code or return the handset. My model is the A1429. Eu fiz algumas pesquisas na Internet e com algumas empresas especializadas, me passaram a informação que a Sprint pode facilmente informar esse código (ou Imei) não sei ao certo que desbloqueia novamente o aparelho, porém não tenho nenhuma informação de como conseguir ou fazer isso. Eu comprei o aparelho desbloqueado, pagando mais caro e é justo que possa utilizar ele onde quiser. Entrei em contato com a Amazon informando o ocorrido e estou aguardando uma posição deles, seja para envio do código ou retorno do aparelho. Meu modelo é o A1429. Alguém tem alguma sugestão para ajudar?

Her husband upgraded to iphone 5 so sold his old one to my sister. My sister currently has a blackberry on contract to virgin media here in England. She took her BB along with her new iphhone to a local phone shop They cut her simcard down to size and put it into the iphone. When we turned it on we got this message 'only compatible sim cards from a support carrier....... '  I called our current contract to exdplain what we were intending to do and swap settings from a blackberry to her new iphone... they said we needed to contact the original service provider... here lies our issue.  My sister works as a nurse.. she called her collgue to explain all this and ask what network he was on. She doesnot kno and her husband isnt home for another cpl weeks he is military. My sister doesnt want to wait a few weeks to use her new phone. Is there anyway to unlock and activate this phone giving all the detials of the phone and confirmation from his wife regarding the new user ?  Ive read on the internet about jailbraking and all that nonsense.. but i dont want to damage the phone.. It isnt stolen isnt lost sureley i dont have to 'hack' into a perfectly legitimate phone to use do i?   My sister simply wants it to work with her contracted sim .. with the benifits and features iphone offers. Device: iphone 4S (GSM)iOS Version: 6.1.3Capacity: 16 GBJailbreak: NoCarrier: TELCELCountry: Mexico Problema con el Volumen:Lo que pasa es que a veces es de que cuando tengo reproduciendo musica / videos derepende se le va el audio al iphone y desaparece el control de volumen, y tarda para que aparezca de nuevo, no se que es lo que pasa o por que hace eso, si a alguien le sucede algo similar y lo pudo arreglar, por favor pueden indicarme cuales son los pasos a seguir para quitar esta molestia. Problema con el Reproductor / Musica:La cancion ya termino y no se cambia la caratula y empieza la otra a sonar, o la cancion se esta reproduciendo y la barra de la cancion (no del volumen) no avanza se queda en 0:00 y la cancion esta sonando e incluso acaba la cancion empieza la otra y la que puse originalmente esta en la pantalla principal. Hi everyone, i have a iphone 4 a1332 Will not charge and shows full charge. I tried resetting it with itunes about 10 times, tried power botton and middle botton restart and yet no signs of charge, if i unpluge it it turns off. Yet when i use it plugged, it shows the icon of full charge on the battery icon, but i selected the option to show the % of battery and it says 3%, this morning i was resetting it again and i fell asleep, when i woke up, i didnt start the reset, yet i found that the phone now has 8% charge on it. witch it drained off now, and its at 3% again.. HELP!?

Error en llamada iphone 5

Hola. Tenía un 4S con el problema de error en llamada. 1 de cada 5 llamadas se cortaban, y aparecía el error "Error en llamada", habiendo cobertura perfecta. Llegué incluso a cambiar el teléfono en apple y el error persistía. Desde Apple me indicaron que saben que el error lo provoca alguna aplicación instalada pero no han identificado cual.como la respuesta fue rara pensé que era una excusa. Ahora he adquirido un iphone 5 e iba perfectamente hasta que le transferí todas las aplicaciones que tenía instaladas en el 4S mediante iTunes. Y sorpresa, ahora vuelve a dar el "Error en llamada" en el iphone 5. Lamentable que no saquen una solución a este problema, pues no tengo yo por que estar probando que app es la que provoca el error de las decenas que tengo instaladas. Estoy muy descontento con Apple .

Hola amigos de la comunidad apple, Tengo un iphone 4 (GSM) con iOs 5.1.1, resulta que hace unas semanas el iphone se apaga solo, por ejemplo estoy utilizando la app de whatsapp y de repente baja como una pantalla negra,similar a la del area denotificaciones, solo que negra y luego se apaga. Luego intento encederlo y no me permite, tengo que hacer los pasos de reinicio como 5 veces para ver si reacciona el iphone, cuando se le ocurre reaccionar, no lo puedo utilizar muy pronto porque sino se apaga. Me sucede lo mismo con cualquier aplicación ya sea el facebook, twitter, whatsapp, etc. La verdad me desespero tratando de encender el iphone y lamentablemente es una herramienta importante para mi, como supongo que para todos acá. Otra cosa que sucede es que aveces lo estoy utilizando y en vez de ver la pantalla negra, se pone verde, azul ó blanca; y debo realizar el mismo procedimiento de reseteo para ver si se le vuelve a ocurrir encender. He leido varios foros y hay varias personas que tienen ese problema y no lo han logrado resolver. He intentado restaurar el iphone varias veces y sigo teniendo el mismo problema. al restaurar he utilizado copias de seguridad para recuperar mis datos y sigue con el problema, tambien lo he hecho para utilizar como un iphone nuevo y sigue exactamente el mismo problema. Desde ya les agradezco la ayuda y saben que pueden contar conmigo para poder apoyarlos en cualquier cosa que este dentro de mi conocimiento o posibilidades. Saludos.

After the update of iTunes 10.3.3, I have been un-able to sync my iphone 4 without iTunes asking me to restore my iphone using an old back-up that I have on an external hard drive.  Once I went ahead and restored it, but then when I went to sync them once again–it just asked me again to restore my iphone.  I have all the software updates in place on my iphone, iTunes, and on my brand new 27-inch iMac, but it just won't work. Also having problems syncing the iCloud on my iphone and my computer as well. I recently purchased an unlocked iphone 4 in Canada for use in the Caribbean. I waited a long time to be able to purchase a legally unlocked phone since I am very much against jail-breaking and other methods which are currently in use.When I activated it and used it with my local carrier I have a problem with incoming calls and text messages not matching contacts in my address book. I was told by Apples support personnel that the iphone matches against 10 digits and as such I would need to update my contacts to have the area code prefix. The problem is that the way the carrier sends digits is inconsistent. At times they prefix the number with +1 or sometimes just 1 or sometimes no digit at all before the area code. This causes a serious problem in my tests since it would seem that unless its an EXACT match (this includes the + character), the contact isnt found.I am wondering how this is supposed to work and if it is as described, what can be done about it? Can the matching be made looser? The Apple Expert also mentioned a feature called International Assist, however this seems to be a carrier specific feature since I dont see this option in my phone. 16 GB (a1332) iOS 4

Hi,one week ago I bought a iphone 4 (in Munich, Germany).When comparing the display to my 3 year old 3G, the iphone 4 Display looked not as bright and had a yellow taint.Yesterday I compared it with the iphone 4 models of some employees of munichs Apple Store and in this direct comparison, the display of my iphone 4 looked like a 10 year old office-TFT!Because of that result, the Apple Support Assistant gave me an exchange unit, which unfortunately had the same display problem. We then made this exchange process about three times (without success - all exchange units had a darker display with a yellow color fault in direct comparison) until the Apple Store was closing.So what should I do now?After I made some research today, it seems that Apple messed up a whole production run, concerning iphone 4s build since October 2010 ?Is there any chance to get a version with the (old) much better display or will Apple improve their displays again? Despues de probar varias cosas se me ha solucionado conectandolo al itunes y restaurandolo como Nuevo telef, esto es importante, si no lo haceis como nuevo telef no os funcionará. Eso si, he perdido todas mis fotos, menos mal que habia hecho una copia d eseguridad antes. Ahora tengo mi 3g con la v4 y me va bastante bien.Saludos a todos 3G iOS 4

tengo un iphone 3g, y estoy en españa con las aplicaciones en español pero ahora algunas aplicaciones estan en ingles como un ejemplo el facebook, y el idioma del iphone es español alguien me puede ayudar? iphone 3g iphone OS 3.1.2
