Tenho um iphone 5 modelo A1429 comprado na Austrália, desbloqueado. O problema é que esse telefone não faz nem recebe ligações e sms, ao invés disso, somente navega pelo 3G, WI-FI, ele também busca rede o tempo todo o que devora o desempenho da bateria. Falei com o suporte da Apple Brasil e não podem fazer nada além de mandar restaurar o sistema porque só efetuam reparo ou substituição do modelo vendido aqui, no caso o modelo A1428. Tentei falar com a operadora Vivo, me mandaram redefinir os ajustes umas 500x. Também fiseram uma atualização no SIM e nada. Tentei falar com a Apple Astrália e me disseram que para trocar o aparelho eu deveria enviar alguém pessoalmente. Liguei novemente para Apple Brasil e me disseram para perguntar a todas as operadoras brasileiras sobre blosqueio de IMEI. Fiz isso e nunhuma das operadoras relatou tal bloqueio. Entrei em contato com a Apple americana e disseram que poderiam efetuar o reparo ou substituição contanto que eu levasse o aparelho até uma autorizada daquele país. Mandei email para o Tim Cook e recebi uma resposta muito educada, mas tambem não se traduziu em solução até agora... A 20 dias estou sendo empurrada de um lado para o outro e só posso dizer que estou muito decepcionada com o tratamento do problema. O contrato da Apple não se sobropõe as leis locais onde ela oferta produtos e serviços. No Brasil, o caso de um advogado que comprou uma camera com defeito em Miami e necessitava de suporte no Brasil abriu o precedente jurídico para resolução desse tipo de caso. A partir do ano 2000, todo consumidor que adquirir um produto fora do Brasil e o mesmo apresentar defeito, terá direito a assistencia técnica no Brasil, sendo que a única condição é que a empresa esteja em atividade no país. Minha ultima alternativa é a justiça, porque simplesmente ninguém consegue me dar uma solução.

So my iphone 4s has been having problems with the no service error now and again so I decided to reset the network settings to try and fix it. Now since this reset,my iphone refuses to connect to wifi even though the password I'm entering is 100% correct!  I keep getting the 'Incorrect password error'. I've resetted the router and reset the wifi network, rebooted my phone,performed a hard reset but there is still no fix  I have many other devices connected to my wifi without any problems. 3 computers, an ipad, android tablet and other iphone. My phone is jailbroken on 6.1.2 so I don't want to have to restore my phone. My phone will connect to wifi with wifiFoFum but as soon as my phone goes to sleep it disconnects so its rather annoying! I hope you can help

How I get photos from Photo Library on iphone 5 to computer

I have set my iphone to the UK region when first turning it on and going through the set up process. I will be moving to the US in a month and would like to change it or set it up on the US region, although i do not want to go through resetting the phone to do it as i have all my contacts, photos, etc loaded onto the phone. Ive just updated to IOS 6.1.4 not sure if this is the cause but today when playing music through speakers and my headphones its really quiet. any way to fix this? and yes ive checked all volume levels. i also have a tone for new mail and nomatter if i put it one silent or no tone or change the tone it still makes this one tone. doing my head in. please help. thanks

My camera was working fine and taking great pictures then one day it just stopped focusing and the pictures are blurry.  If I switch it to the front camera it works well and looks like it should but when I turn it back it goes back to being out of focus and I can't figure out how to fix it?  Any suggestions or do I need to take it to Apple? Thanks,Laurie

my iphone 4s volume isn't working

My iphone 4S volume isn't working. No sound when playing music. No ring or text message sound. If I try to turn volume up for ringer on side, the box appears, but no bar to show volume up or down. If I do a test ring in settings it works though. Silent switch is in the correct position. I tried a hard reboot (ignored the red slider). It worked a minute ago but then stopped again. It seems like it might have the problem when I'm trying to play music. Thanks!

My iphone was fine up until a few hours ago. Now the sound has stopped completely. It does not ring, alert me for texts, play music, or anything. I made sure that my phone is not on silent or vibrate, have restarted my phone several times, and have even reset the settings on my phone. Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

Grey spot in iphone 5 camera

Hey guys, I recently noticed a grey spot in the lower left corner (portrait) in camera app (see photos with the spot below). I don't know if I had this before, but haven't noticed it until now. The grey spot only appears in camera, I cannot see any spots while using iphone in other ways. Also, if I take a photo, the spot stays there. Most of the times it's not visible, however now that I've discovered, it kinda bothers me.I checked the leans, it's completely clean, unscratched and I do take a lot of care of my iphone. I also have a case on at all times. Do you have any suggestion for solution or is that a know bug? Should I register a complaint at my carrier (I'm not in US, so warranty is covered by the carriers) or can that be solved by myself (no jailbreaking, please)? Thanks a lot!

Receiving US number s imessages to international number iphone

Hi all,  Haven't been able to find anything on this. I have an iphone 4s which I had been using to iMessage over wifi with my friends while I'm in China (took out my Verizon sim card). I got an international (China Mobile) SIM card today after unlocking w/ verizon, etc. But now my old number is not "registered" with iMessage (I checked this in messages on my macbook) and changing my number in my phone isn't helping.  Is there a way that I can readd my US number so that when people iMessage my US phone number it goes to my iphone which is now a different, international number?  My Apple ID still has my old number registered in it, but the Messages settings in my phone show the new international number without a means to add my old number. I'd rather use my US number over my Chinese phone number if theres a way that I can set it back to that number.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Over the last 4 months or so, my iPhone4's download rate has progressivly slowed. WiFi is still working fine, but cellular data was noticably lagging with missed texts, slow applications, and generally slow browsing. Since then I have switched carriers twice thinking it was a problem with cellular service provider, but to no avail. This last week I have had no ability to connect to my service provider's data network, evident because that little '3G' icon at the top no longer appears in any part of the city I visit. I removed the protective case around the iphone thinking it could be an antennae issue, but no, still not working. Paranoid, I even checked to see that cellular 3G is turned on in the device settings; it is, and I felt stupid for even doubting that it wasnt.  Is it normal for a cellular phone's hardware to degrade? Could there be an enviornmental factor i'm not seeing?

Maps no longer giving transit instructions iphone 3G

I am very disappointed to find that I can no longer use my iphone to find public transit instructions using maps.  This was my go-to method of independent travel.  Now that I've moved to a city I just found out that maps no longer will find me busses!  I now have had to do research into apps, and use a combination of two apps as well as the metro system website to figure out a simple trip.  What used to be one step has turned into many steps. What was apple thinking with this change????? I'm living in Seattle and so far have not found an app that performs all the functions of the old iphone maps.

I have an iphone 4S and my voulme just randomly stopped working. I checked my settings again and it only makes sounds when someone calls my cell. Hello, and thank you for reading. I have an iphone 4s, and my primary email account is Gmail. I can receive emails, but I can't send them. When I try to click on the little pen icon to write an email, the app crashes/quits and I'm sent back to the homescreen. I saw that most people who can't send email receive an error message, but I've never received an error message, the app just stops. I checked in the settings, and every thing seems to be in order (I'm not extremely tech savvy, so I could be wrong). I started to experience this problem maybe a week ago. Also, my Messages app can be a little sketchy sometimes too. When I'm connected to Wifi and trying to send an iMessage, the message won't send and there will be a little red exclamation point next to the message. My Messages app works sometimes, but do you all think that the problems are linked somehow? Any help is GREATLY appreciated. I'm out of the office a lot, and it's an inconvinecne that I can't send emails while I'm on the road. Wireless Emergency Alerts and Silent Mode iphone

Does anyone know if the Wireless Emergency Alerts/Government Alerts will sound while your phone is in silent mode? Seems as though this feature (WEA) is now available on AT&T iPhones, and I normally keep my phone on silent at night. I'm OK with the alert sounding while in silent mode if it's a true emergency (presidential alert or emergency situation) but I'd rather not get Amber alerts unless it's during daytime hours.  I know I can completely opt-out of the Amber Alerts and Emergency Alerts, but I'm curious if the phone will alert regardless of silent mode settings. I'd rather not opt-out of Amber alerts, but if that's the only way to keep from being woken by them, then I'll probably pass on those. Thanks!

iphone 4S Wifi slider not working

Hello everyone, I've recently got my WIFI slider greyed out. I was on a lower version than 6.1.3 before I got this issue, now after trying several resets and network resets and other stuff such as using the hair-dryer trick and freezer trick it didn't work. Now as I've seen in a tutorial on Apple it says you must go to settings --> About --> Resets and then reset the network settings, but after doing that my Wifi-Adress stays with some numbers instead of N/A which other people gets, I still have a WIFI-Adress in it no matter if I reset my whole iphone or not. Airpot has always been off, when I'm in the menu of setting iphone up, it most likely skips the Find wifi part where you connects to your WIFI. The iphone it self has not even a scratch, I've not really dropped it before or anything, I've had it for some time now but not really got it damaged. So people, any ideas? It's running on IOS 6 6.1.3 now.

S Not Valid iphone

I recently wiped my iphone and when I went through the process to set up, right after selecting a Wi-Fi network, I got a SIM Not Valid screen like the below. I am on AT&T and my phone has never been unlocked, hacked or jailbroken. I've replaced 3 phones as everytime I tried to reinstall software this happened. I got a new sim. No change. Tested my sim in another phone - it work. Tested working SIM in my iphone - SIM Not Valid message still. Does anyone have an idea why this happens after a wipe and resetting the phone?

My iphone 5 been having trouble connecting to a cellular network.  The tech I spoke to said that my problem was covered under warranty, and I made arrangments to mail it off.  Of course I would drop it and the back glass around the camera cracked.  Does this void any type of repair that I was going to recieve?

iphone 5 camera Shutter will not open

I have an iphone 5 and the camera shutter will not open, i will not work in any other camera app either. I can open and reopen it several times and then manage to click the front camera which does work fine. I have called Apple Support (which isnt helpful) as have to pay for them to run through troubleshoot with me!!! - I have not even had the phone for a year, anyone sorted this issue or have this issue?  I have tried all resets and again same problem!!  thank you

Can t see Cellular Data Network menu iphone

Hello, I recently bought a brand new unlocked iphone 5 (iOS 6.1.4 10B350) in person at a Mac store.  I have set up the phone & data service with AirVoice Wireless (an MVNO that uses the AT&T network).  AV does not guarantee that MMS will work for iPhones on their service.  That is fine -- I knew that going into this.  However, when I tried to set up MMS anyway following AV's instructions, I couldn't do it because I cannot see the "Cellular Data Network" menu option under settings-->General-->Cellular.  The person at AV I spoke with said that I couldn't see the CDN option because my phone wasn't unlocked, which is difficult to believe seeing as I specifically bought an unlocked phone.  So, why can't I see the CDN option if my phone is unlocked?  And how can I gain access to it? Any help/advice would be much appreciated. Sincerely,Mike (an iphone newbie)

iphone 4 vibration wifi and calling will not function correctly

I have had my iphone 4 for 6 months now, and I have dropped it a couple of times, but a few days after I dropped it nothing happened. My first problem started in May when I noticed that my phone could not reach the wifi at home or other places quickly as it normally could and when I would go into other rooms I would lose the connection quickly.This made me have to use my 3g more often and I only have a limit of 300MB, I normally do not use it, because of the wifi i have around,but it is getting harder. 2-3 days ago I called the DATA (*3282#) in my phone and got 64.89 out of 300MB. I later used my 3G for awhile, so a day later i called DATA and the same number (64.89 out of 300MB) comes on again. I knew this was a mistake so I called it again and the same number shows up. I KNOW FOR SURE I USED MY 3G, so I dont know why this keeps popping up. Everything else channged (texting and calling) On top of that my vibration started to not work in early June and it's difficult for me to know when someone has texted or called. I have tried going into settings and choosing a different type of vibration, but it does not vibrate overall and yes it is turned on. My version right now is 6.1. Will upgrading help? Everything else works fine, but is there a way I can fix this or do I have to go the Apple Store? I'm also in AT&T.

why are my apps are stuck on waiting iphone 3G

i was trying to update twitter and instagram and then they both got stuck on waiting! ive already restarted my settings, turned my phone off then back on, signed in and out of my apple id, ive held down the sleep and home button to restart my phone or whatever and the apps are still stuck on waiting. im trying to stay away from restarting my entire phone but thats what the conclusion is coming to for me. Someone please help me find a resolution to my problem!!!!????
