Hello, ok so i have this huge mess in my hands, lets start by saying this: I had an apple id which had no creditcard whatsoever on it, it was configured for USA app store right? ok so i get a debit card and it turns out i need to be from my country appstore to be able to use it, so i created a new apple id, and well the thing is i have about 30 apps or something which 15 are from one apple id and other 15 are from my other apple id, umm i cant seem to remember which were from one APPID and which were from the other, so i need help, cant i just reset the phone and download the apps again? (some are paid) please help!

I just bought a second hand (perfect condition) iPhone 4S today, the user sold it because they had upgraded to an iPhone 5. The previous user did not restore the phone they just deleted all of their previous data (contacts, pictures, applacations, they left their 1,100 songs though), so I planned on restoring it later tonight to start fresh. I had it activated to my phone number at the Verizon store on my way to a family party and used it throughout today but put barely anything onto it knowing I would be restoring it tonight. I got home and plugged it into my laptop and went to iTunes found "Emily's iPhone" and then hit the restore button like normal, it worked perfectly fine and went the whole 14 minutes it said it had to. Then my phone went to the "connect to iTunes" screen when it was already connected. I checked to make sure everything was plugged in correctly, and it all was perfectly fine. I tried the manual reboot (holding the home and lock buttons for a few seconds) and all it does is shut off and bring me to the same "connect to iTunes screen".. someone please tell me how I can restore my phone! Thank you,    Emily

iphone 5 shutdown

My phone has been shutting off unexpectedly. I did the factory reset and yet the problem continues. Now the phone just refuses to start up. Only for a few seconds I see the Apple logo and it quickly fades away and screen is back to Black. Any help is appreciated.

Iphone 5 randomly plays music and Siri Randolmy Activates

I've had my Iphone 5 since November and have had no problem with it but over the past couple days,my phone will randomly start playing music when im on the internet or when im have an app opened or even when my phone is locked and I'm not on it. Siri also activates out of knowhere sometimes. How can I fix this?  This is really starting to get irratating! I could use some help!

My iPhone 5 stopped recognizing my USB cable

In the past few nights, my phone would charge if I had the cord in exactly the right place, but as soon as I touched it in the slightest, it would stopped charging. It did one of those charge, no charge things where it recognizes it for a second, vibrates to tell you it's charging and then stop and then start over again (lots of vibrates). Every once in a while I would get a "Charging is not supported by this accessory" notifications even though I'm using my factory-produced cord and adaptor. Then last night it stopped recognizing USB cords altogether. I tried two different cords, two different adaptors, three different outlets, and plugging it into my laptop. Nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions or have encountered similar problems? I would really like to be able to charge my phone before it dies. Thanks. Jason

Erasing all content iPhone 4

I have an iPhone 4. I've been having many isssues with it, since the 6.1.2 software update.My iTunes album artworks were all messed up.My phone wouldn't apply any changes made, only the application changes would update.I have been struggling with signal since the update. It reached the point where I opted to erase all content & start from scratch. I know this can take a few hours to do, but my phone has been in the "pending" state (erasing state) for almost 24 hrs now.Is this normal? If not, what can I do to get it to work?My sleep/wake button no longer works either.

My battery drains VERY quickly I'm having to plug in twice day iPhone 5

Hi Its becoming incresingly annoying that I'm having to charge my iPhone twice a day. Its always 100% at the start of the day and come around tea time its down to around 30%. I do use it for whatsapp but thats about it during the day and after having an iPhone 3 & 4 I've never experienced such issues. I was told the battery life was improved with the iPhone 5?  My main point is that its not always been like this and with having over a year left on my contract I need to nip this in the bud before it gets any worse. Things I have tried so far (To no avail) Closing all apps that are open.Lowered my screen brightness (I can only just see it)  Any suggestions as neither of the above two have worked. Cheers Gareth

Hi, I have an iPhone 4S with wifi button grayed out similar to the case here http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1559andhttps://discussions.apple.com/thread/4638071?start=0&tstart=0 I already performed a network reset, reset to factory setting and updated eveything via itunes. I know that its most likely a hardward issue as stated in the forum. Now here is the problem.  I bought the iphone from a local (philippines) online reseller http://lazada.com.ph.  Lazada would only give the the apple 1-800-1441-0234 number and will not accept any repairs and service.  I would never purchase anything from lazada specially electronics because of how they handled my case. Absolutely no support and repair /service channels for iphones bought from them.  As per lazadas advice, I called the 1800 number and was again adviced to call the local carriers.  I was adviced by the apple chat support to contact my local carriers. Local carriers like smart and globe would only accept repairs and service for iphones bought from them. I visited several local apple reseller stores and they decline to render service because the unit was not bought from them. I cant seem to get technical support and have the iphone checked by an authorized service center. What and where is the proper channel for me to get support and have the unit repaired or replaced? Thank you in advance.

Issues after 6.1.4 update iPhone 5

IS anyone else having issues after the 6.1.4 update? Here is what I have experienced in the last two days.  1- Unable to access a locked or secure network.  It asks for password initially.  When entered, it is unable to connect.  I restart and then go to Settings, find the network and click.  I never get a prompt for the password, just "Unable to Connect" 2-Bluetooth.    I can after a few attempts to connect my Bluetooth headphones, only after I get a "Failed attempt" a few times.  Then only music works, unable to make phone calls.  This happens with two different products.  A SENA SMH 10R and LG HBS 700.   3- Music play - I found this issue out when trying to figure out problem with Bluetooth.  I can start to play a song fine, but if I click on the ">>" or "<< "  it freaks the player out and then skips multiple songs or stops play and goes back to the playlist.  At first it was doing this with the Bluetooth headphones when using it to make selections.  So I deleted the devices and the iPhone continued to do it when selecting functions on the screen.  Some playlists did it and some don't.  Creating a new playlist did not help.  Additional Info.Apple Store replaced my iphone on Saturday 5.4.13 because if antina issues.  The issues above came after I restored from backup and updated the OS.  I have erased the phone 2 times since getting the new phone and restored from back up and rebuilt from Itunes and neither way makes a difference above. What is going ON?   Message was edited by: Karl Kroeker  Corrected Version update

iPhone 4s Software Update fail from 5.1.1 to 6.1.3

Hey everyone I have been holding back from updating my iOS on my iphone 4s (I know - not a smart move) I am currently still on 5.1.1 and trying to update to 6.1.3 (finally) from the phone itself (not via iTunes) I am trying to downlaod and install the update using Wi-Fi connectivity, but it just wouldn't let me? Kept saying An Error occured while downloading... It didn't give me any error code or any other explanation. It just simply won't update  I know it was silly of me to begin with for not updating for so long, but I don't understand why my phone is rejecting the update? If this is even what is happening..  Also I sent my iMac for repair recently, came back with a Lion (which was what I had on there previously anyway) but it wasn't updated? So I couldn't just open iTunes and restore all my contacts..  AND I am still currently in the process of downloading the updates - but something always happens as well, an error occured that I have to re-download the update, internet drops on and off, etc.  -- The reason I wanted to update was (this is a whole separate problem) my 4s kept crashing the apps, not doing anything out of ordinary - it just crashes everytime i start or a open an app. So I would hard reset my phone (turning it off and on again) and then I would find all my contacts gone. No other entries are gone, just my contact names! All messages and calendar entries are all still there - just no contact names in my address book. ***? After sleuthing here and there, and found no real solution to this problem. I decided to update my iOS because one of the discussion thread I found told me to try that. Heck, why not.  SO I tried uploading and this is where I end up..    Does ANYONE have any idea what the **** is going on? Does anyone else out tehre have the same problem? Surely this is not just me!!

Battery life stinks iPhone 5

I upgraded from the 4 to the 5 about a 2 months ago, in the beginning I had no problem with the battery life, then about 3 days ago i would start the morning with 100% then drive to work and about an hour later my battery was completely drained.  I have spoke with the people at the 1800myiphone 3-4 times they ran a battery test, I updated the latest software, have backed up and retstored.  Still having the problem.  we checking everything that was running and did all the normal checks and balances.  Primarily is draining when I am at work and not even on the phone.  I have nothing pushing and never have.  strange that it just started in the last 3 days.  they agreed to replace it but either have to due with out my phone for 5-10 or more days or have a $695 hold put on my credit card to get a new one expressed delivered to me.  NOT HAPPY and VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!

Hello! I´m soo frustrated right now - it seems i can not get my new iphone 5 to work... I broke the screen my iphone 5 aproximatley 4 mounths ago, and bought a new screen on ebay. I bought this for over 300 dollars, and got a friend to fix it. (and paid him as well) He broke one of the thin wires when he was changing the screen, making the front camera and speaker useless. Except that, the phone worked just fine. Then he bought a new wire, installed that, and i got it back. But now, it wont work! When i start it just a picture of an USB cable towards an itunes brand appear... and i have litterally tried everything. No matter what I do, I can not fix it, or restore it - the error code 1611 or 1603 appears om my mac screen when I connect it to itunes, and I get no further than that. And Ive uptaded all the programs, tried holding in home and of/on-button, go into the "hosts" on my mac (if you dont understand what i ment by that, just ask) Can somebody please help me?  Im cryin here, Ive used so much money on this and it does not work. Whats wrong with it? Ive tried every possible solution that appears on google, NOTHING works. I didn't bought the phone from Apple, but maybe I can send it in to them and I can get a new one? I dont expect that, but Ive would be in heaven

So,  I have the iPhone 4.Recently, I've had to wipe the hard drive of my computer to start new due to viruses and such. All my music and videos that were there aren't anymore because I have not made any iTunes purchases. My problem is that I updated iTunes and it asks me to "Are you sure you want to remove existing music, videos etc" because I have another libraries, with the other library being complete gone, how do I sync new music and videos without having to remove anything? Please help.

My Iphone 4 switches off automatically with 60% battery balance and doesnt start, also when i connect it to my laptop it starts back and shows the battery balance and it stay on for another few hours even without recharging. what is the reason for this. do i need to take it to the apple store to get it checked pls inform as its a costly phone and i cant just take it to any roadside person. awaiting your reply

iPhone apps not opening-have tried all usual fixes

A few days ago I got my iPhone unlocked from my provider (Telstra) as I am about to travel and wanted to put a country specific sim in it. Since then no non-Apple apps have worked.I have tried (many times) to :- 1. restore from a previous backup (plus multiple syncs) and using different backups2. delete an app and reinstall it3. download a new free app (and when that didn't work I deleted it and retried installing it)4. sign in and out of the app store on the iphone5. sign in and out of the app store on my iMac6. de-authorise and re-authorise my iMac7. wipe the iPhone clean and start with a fresh install8. And reset the device too many times. Nothing I have found on any site has worked. I thought the wipe the phone clean would have done it but it hasn't.I have wasted about 20 hours trying to get this thing working again. If I wasn't going on vacation tomorrow I would be at my provider getting them to fix their mess but I can't. Can anyone help? Iphone 5 no longer connecting to bluetooth in car

My Iphone 5 has been connected succesfully via bluetooth to my car for the past 5 months (Ford Fiesta).  Yesterday I went to use it and it wont connect, I powered off the phone, turned bluetooth on/off still not working. I debonded all phones from the car and went to start afresh but that wont work either. When it is searching for devices it just seems to be stuck?  I tried another Iphone 5 in my car and that connected no problems at all. Anyone have any ideas, it clearly must be the phone but wonder what on earth I have done.

Iphone 5 won't charge

Iphone 5 won't charge so I got my iphone and didnt really start to have any problems till a couple months ago my charger would charge for a bit then stop so I had to have it in a certain place for it to charge so I figured I would just get a new charger. Same thing a month later with new charger it stopped charging my phone unless when i have it plugged in i press in hard then lift up thats the only way I can get a charge. I did the hard reset and all the others things think they will just give me a new iphone?

Accurate data app iPhone 3G

I'm new to the iphone; I switched from android.  I'm trying to find a data app similar to what I used on my old phone.  It would show me the data amount, allow me to put in the data limit and start date.  It would also show me the apps that were using the data.  The app was Onavo count I think.  I tried the iphone version and its not  the same.  It wants me to set up a VPN?-is that safe?  I just want a good data app that is accurate and allows me put in my data limit and start date -bill cycle date.  Is there an app free or paid; free hopefully that will do that? Thank you for your help.

I have crack in my iPhone 4 Screen

I recently noticed I have a small crack at the top of my iPhone 4 screen. The crack is about 1 cm long and is curved. I'm worried the crack will start to spread if I drop it again! Is there anyway I can get the crack fixed asap? Or for a cheap cost? I don't exactly want to replace the whole screen but if that's necessary then I guess I'd have to. Hi everyone, i have a Iphone 4 A1332 Will not charge and shows full charge. I tried resetting it with itunes about 10 times, tried power botton and middle botton restart and yet no signs of charge, if i unpluge it it turns off. Yet when i use it plugged, it shows the icon of full charge on the battery icon, but i selected the option to show the % of battery and it says 3%, this morning i was resetting it again and i fell asleep, when i woke up, i didnt start the reset, yet i found that the phone now has 8% charge on it. witch it drained off now, and its at 3% again.. HELP!?

How I get iMessage to start working again iPhone 4

For about a week, iMessage has not been working on my iPhone 4. It is turned on, I have wifi, and service. It is not just my phone, either. Friends with iPhones have had the same problem. I thought at first, that there was something down with Verizon, but users with AT&T have had the same issues. Has anyone had the same issue or know if something is going on?

Hi, Couple of nights ago at 1:30 and 1:31 am, my ipohone5 made 2 phone calls on its own. One to my uncle and one to my wife's phone and woke both households up!!!I turned it off last night in case it decides to start going through my whole phone book and make me the most hated member of the family!Has anyone had the same experience and/or knows how it happened and how to fix it?

iPhone 4 people can't hear me.

Hi I think I may have found a reason why the iPhone 4 will cut out during calls and people can not hear you.  I believe it is software related because when I iPhone is reformatted the calls work fine.  If you turn off 3G, there must be a 3G connection for this to work, then calls will start to cut out again.  Even if you turn 3G back on the calls will cut out.  This will happen until I iPhone is reformatted again.  Could this be a software problem or a 3G antenna problem.

I'm getting a black iphone 5 tomorrow and I know about scuffgate. Tomorrow when I get the iphone I want to protect it immediately. I'm thinking about getting the spigen Screen &amp; Body Protector Incredible Shield for the phone. It also has a film set for the sides of the phone but doesn't protect the chamfered edges. Would it still be a problem because i don't want the coating to start coming off. I'm making this thread because I don't want a case for the iphone I want it naked like a lot of people do.

Iphone App not Opening Please Help

I keep trying to open the game app "what's the phrase". It will start to launch and act like it's going to open, but then the screen goes black and it goes back to my home page. This seemed to start happening after I downloaded the update for that particular app a few days ago. I've tried downloading a random app from the app store, as suggested in other forums but that did not work! Any suggestions and help is greatly appreciated!

My iPhone5 was working perfectly fine one day. Then I try to reboot my phone, and for some reason it couldn't get past the apple logo. If it did get past the apple logo, one of four things would happen. A.) The apple logo will fade to blue, and reboot over and over again. B.) The apple logo will disappear and the entire screen will turn completely red. C.) The apple logo will just appear and reappear over and over again.D.) I didn't have a lot of my things backed up, so I lost a lot of things I had on there. My phone seemed to be perfectly fine, no errors. It ran smoothly for about 12 hours. Then the same thing happened again. I don't understand why this happened again. I mean I restored my phone completely and all. It just makes no logical sense to me. I just wanted to know what I could do about this. I have Applecare, but I would still have to spend 200 dollars if I need to get a new phone. I don't feel that is right if the phone has factory errors or something. If I could get a clear response on what this is, why it's happening, and how it could be fixed, I will be a very happy young lady. Thank you!

I have 2013 Buick Enclave with Pandora icon on screen. I was told to connect my iphone 5 with USB port and worked. But as soon as I disconnected Pandora went out on screen. Only works plugged in now. Should work without USB connected.

I have a 2013 Buick Enclave with Pandora and Stitcher on the nav screen. With my Samsung S3, Pandora automatically lit up and worked. with new iphone5, I was told I need to connect USB port to car and phone and start Pandora. That worked and the icon on screen lit up. but as soon as I removed the USB cord, Pandora and Stitcher greyed out and stopped working. I know it's supposed to work on the car's nav screen once I hardwire it (at least that's what I was told), but as soon as I disconnect, they stop working through the car.  How can I install Pandora and Stitcher on my car WITHOUT having the usb cord attached? the idea is to be able to use the car's touch screen to control Pandora, but with the phone plugged into the USB port, I can only use the phone to control Pandora, which of course is dangerous when driving!  And it worked correctly with the samsung, so I have to believe it can work with the iphone 5! Right?  Thanks.

Dear Friends, I hope apple is looking into the posts by customers. I was browsing through the forum and found single threads of issues. I think I am facing all in one and look forward for people who are facing similar issues. I have a iphone 4 on AT&T. everything was working great till 6.0 & problems since I upgraded to 6.1. Since then it has been quite unstable. below are some of the issues I am facing... 1. Phone sometimes goes unresponsive or very slow response for some apps [ action took..cleared all apps restarted/rebooted..no use]2. The signal strength has considerably dropped from before and sometimes says no service. Before I had atleast some good signal strength near my home.3. The battery drain issue..sometimes I feel the battery on usage makes the phone go hot. 4. As soon I unplug from the power, the phone drops couple of %'s over 10 min even without usage or very slight usage.5. The worst of all..sometimes the phone access 3g even when there is WIFI..it takes sometime to realize there is wifi..but all the time I think is using 3G to start off or completely on 3g all the times. I restarted the phone couple of times but no luck. I never had this problem before 6.1.  If any one have solutions or geniuses on solving at the least the priority one's let me know. Hi, I ahve purchased my iPhone 4 in August 2011 and it fell down from my hand and since then I am not able to connect to Apple Server and active my iPhone. I went to all available Apple Techncial Support Centers here but now use. Scree, Camera and all other hardware are working but when I start my iPhone and connect with iTune to activate it says your iPhone is damaged. Now, I am going to visit Dallas, TX coming week, all Iwanted to know if Apple Genius bar will help me to repair this iPhone there or will they replace this iPhone after paying some bucks? If they would replace that then how much I mught have to pay them?

I'm experiencing the following symptoms:-my iPhone does not respond when I press the home button or the sleep/wake button-neither does it respond when I press the home button and the sleep/wake button at the same time-at times my iPhone does turn on, but it freezes up and the screen starts to go white or green and purple lines start forming-it seems to work normally despite my difficulties with the screen I have tried:-going to the apple store. The gentleman there ran some tests and they showed nothing wrong.-restoring my iPhone through iTunes -pressing the home button and sleep/wake button at the same time-updating my phone to the latest version of iOS  I would really appreciate it if someone could shed some light on my unfortunate iPhone problem. I'm at a loss of what to do especially since I went to the apple store and was told nothing was wrong with my phone. When I went there, I explained the problem and the gentleman pressed the home button and the sleep/wake button and it miraculously turned on! It was fine for the next three days, but it started acting up again.  Thanks

Replacement phone can't keep connection iPhone 5

I had to get a replacement phone as my lock button stopped working. Now this refurb one won't keep a connection to my provider (Telstra). It will be ok then just drop out and cycle through searching, no service, SOS only and back to normal.  It will do this over and over and then be fine for hours, then start doing it again.  Has anyone else encountered this? Im assuming it must be a problem with the refurb handset as my old phone didn't do it and no one else I know on Telstra with an iPhone is having any problems.  Anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Cheers.

My iphone died out of battery and when i start it IOS 6 comes up and when i unlock it it says conect to itunes and i must recover it PLS help
