Noisy vibrator iPhone 5
Hi, Let me start with the link where I compare 2 iphone 5. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OjcbIg3E3n8 For me its a pretty annoying rattling the vibrator emits. Is that normal or? I have compared it with to a few demo phone from different stores, and some friends, and my iphone is the loudest. Anyone else got this problem? The store where I bought it, says it is "normal" that it has to be loud....
iPhone 4s stuck in recovery mode. Error code-1 .
I recently bought my iPhone 4s from a guy (who bought it from someone else). He sold it to me pretty cheap because when he bought it, one of his friends tried to restore it for him and it got stuck in recovery mode. I have no idea if the phone has ever been "tampered with" or not. He didn't seem to know much about it (said it was his first smartphone) and I thought I might have a chance of fixing it. I'm starting to lose faith in that...I've tried almost everything I can find. I know there are tricks for this all over the internet and I've tried almost all of them. TinyUmbrella does nothing, Redsn0w won't even install on my computer (frustrating!). Trying to restore from iTunes is useless. It gets to about 90% then comes up with error code (-1) and gives up. I've tried that route probably 20 times with no change. I know I could take it into Apple and they could look at it, but I have no information on the phone itself. I cannot get the serial number. Does anyone have any suggestions at all? I'll try anything that doesn't require me taking it to Apple and getting charged more than I paid for the phone to fix it....I run Windows 7. Thanks so much!

iPhone 4S bluetooth issue
The thing is that i've been trying to use my iPhone 4S as master transmiter of GPS signals and accelerometer data for my ipad mini to use an app called air navigation pro, the deal is that when i try to pair my devices vía bluetooth they just seem not to recognize each other, the only way i can get them to work is by using personal hotspot or share internet option vía bluetooth, but thats the only way.I've heard theres a bug related to that, that our friends in cupertino just ignored when they updated IOS, Anyone can help me?, does Anyone has Any info about this, or maybe a solution.By the way since this may be due to my IOS instaled in my iPhone my devices are:-Ipad mini wifi only IOS 6.1.3-iPhone 4s IOS 6.1.3Thanks in advance for Any info proportioned

i got my new iphone 5 for christmas and noticed today that there was a little mark on the camera as i went to snapchat some friends i tried rubbing it away but it wont budge and now I realise its a chip or scratch and its ruining the camera on the phone is there anyway i can get the lense replaced or a replacement devise as im still in my 1 year warrenty any help appriciated cheers

my iphone 5 often losses its network signal. i am islanded from the network often. this affects my connectivity with my business & friends. with this problem my iPhone 5 is working like only an iPod. certainly iPhone 5 is not meeting the purpose of a mobile phone. can anyone suggest me some solution for this issue..? This is my second iPhone 5 on Verizon, I had the first one swapped but this one is t any better:/I tried restoring it AS NEW but no luck, my friends on att&t is fast, has great recpetion fast on wifi and letMine inside buildings is horrible and wifi is unusable!I know my wifi is fast bcuz my 4s is fast on it.The phone is also laggy. What could be wrong? I can't swap it again

Battery Incoming Call Problem iPhone 5
Dear All, I have a problem with my new iPhone 5... 1st The Battery is draining very fast even I am not using it, 3 times I am Charging, Morning (4AM), Noon (12) and Evening (7PM). Few months and my iPhone 5 lock key does not respond.My friends told me that apple ships damaged products to India, is that true?Also, would I get replacement? New iOS update froze my phone and I had to restore my phone. iPhone 5
I try to avoid updates on my iPhone because it's either hit or miss and after the latest update that was released a couple days ago, my worst fear happened. It updated then I left it alone to update. After over an hour I come back and the "connect to iTunes" image appeared and nothing worked. Once iTunes was restarted it said I needed to restore my phone to factory settings. This is ridiculous and very frustrating. I'm not going to lie, several of my friends have Samsung Galaxy S3's or Notes and they seem way more verstitle and reliable then my iphone. Any suggestions?

Hi there, Im scott, I dont own an iphone so know nothing whatsoever about them. this is our issue pls help : My sister purchased an iphone 4 from a woman at her work. Her husband upgraded to iphone 5 so sold his old one to my sister. My sister currently has a blackberry on contract to virgin media here in England. She took her BB along with her new iphhone to a local phone shop They cut her simcard down to size and put it into the iphone. When we turned it on we got this message 'only compatible sim cards from a support carrier....... ' I called our current contract to exdplain what we were intending to do and swap settings from a blackberry to her new iphone... they said we needed to contact the original service provider... here lies our issue. My sister works as a nurse.. she called her collgue to explain all this and ask what network he was on. She doesnot kno and her husband isnt home for another cpl weeks he is military. My sister doesnt want to wait a few weeks to use her new phone. Is there anyway to unlock and activate this phone giving all the detials of the phone and confirmation from his wife regarding the new user ? Ive read on the internet about jailbraking and all that nonsense.. but i dont want to damage the phone.. It isnt stolen isnt lost sureley i dont have to 'hack' into a perfectly legitimate phone to use do i? iphone 5 camera won't focus
I updated my iPhone 5 to 6.1.4 and the camera will not focus - on anything nearby or far away. I've tried the zoom feature - makes it worse. I'm restoring the phone to factory settings, but is there something Apple is doing to fix this bug? An unscientific survey of my Facebook friends reveals they are having the same issue.

Ever since I updated my iphone 4 (GSM) to ios 6.1.3 i have been unable to 'text' people in my contact list. - I can only text new numbers that aren't in my contact list? (Even if i try and type my friends number, instead of selecting their name, i am still unable to text them - it comes up with ERROR) I can only send imessages, successfully, to people in my contacts list. iPhone 4s 6.1.3 problems with 3g In and Outgoing Calls
Hi Everybody!I got a factory unlocked (originally was Vodafon locked) iPhone 4s with firmware 6.1.3.When I insert my sim (Hungarian Telenor) when only EDGE is on it founds the signal and seems like everything is working.After a few hours or sometimes even a day passes by a phone stays on full signal with Carrier logo and Edge on, but my friends reporting that they cant call me(like im offline) and i cant make calls either.The interresting stuff is that the Edge connection is fully working during that im offline for my friends via Calls and i can send and recieve imessages and viber messages.When i switch 3g on it disconnects from service drops the EDGE and never finds the way back and stays 'searching' or 'no service' at all.. I thought that its my Carrier's fault so i went to spoke with them and tried 5different micro Sims( cause i wrote that 4s-s are sensitive to SIM card types).. this thing not worked either, Then i tried the phone with a T-mobile SIM card.. it does the same..connects to the services,but with 3g switched on not finding service..so totally like with my sim. Here Comes the bumm... i Tried the phone with vodafone sim and everything works.. simple connectivity to 3g with full internet usage,can make and recieve calls...I spoked with all of the Carriers and also Apple and no body can give me nothing..the phone is off varranty so changed to a new one isnt an option..Anybody? Something? im beginning to give up .. please help if you can..Thanks!! ps.:i restored over 20times,reset network settings,switch off and on automatic setting time.. every little possible things that people wrote on forums before..

Hi everyone. Day before yesterday in the evening i was talking to my friend and once i finished my call, i hangup the call. Suddenly i realised my external speakers were not working. i havent backed up data for more than 5 weeks so i decided to update my iOS from 6.1.2. Then i connected my windows laptops with itunes 10.6 i tunes i tried updated my phone. now my iOS 6.1.4 but i cant fix that external speakers problem. It wasnt working still. Hi, I recently brought an Iphone 4, when I went to use the cellular internet on it, it won't work. One of the friends at work suggested that I try my personal hotspot, which I did. It told me "if you wish to set up hotspot, contact Vodafone Au" which is silly as I know I have a data pack as I am still paying for it.. HELP.
Unable to add frienduser in Game Center iPhone 3G
I have a friend I am trying to add in Game Center. We have both tried to add each other. I have 3 different phones (2 iphone 5s and an iphone 4) from which I have tried to add her. Nothing seems to work. We have also tried to add from another user in GC. She is in Europe, and I am in USA. I have added "friends" from other countries. Ironically this is an actual friend of mine. We have tried over several days to add each other. I am spelling it correctly. Any thoughts?.

Un-resettable iphone in coma
My iphone 4 has been operating with a non-functioning power button for months, today it went nuts vibrating and then died. I can't do a hard reset (due to the power button) and I can't restore (due to the fact that I'm traveling and away from my iTunes). Hey all. I've downloaded the app VPN Fife to my iPhone 5 from a friends appartment, on their VPN. Works great. So, I want to sync to my Macbook pro, thinking it would just transfer over via the sync. Why are bits of my old text messages showing up in recent conversations iPhone 4
About once a month half of an extremely old text message will randomly show up in a recent text message that I will send to someone. The texts are always over 6 months old and its only half of the text, blended into the current text I'm sending. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? Is there something wrong with my phone/ my friends phone?

UNTILI get home and hooked it back up to my charger, my original charger, my computer - and got nothing ALL OVER AGAIN... Nothing seems to work with this thing, what's going on??

( service operator, passaport process and etc) But when I opened the brand new phone. I had faced with technical problem. The half of the screen resolution was lower than the other side of it. Sometimes I can barely see the half of the screen. Thus I really feel my eyes tired. My question; Is it possible to change the phone from different apple store in U.S ? or do I have to chage it from the place where I bought it in first. one of my friends will go Boston in may: does he replace the phone in Boston ? Hello Apple Community : ) Unfortunately my old faithful 3GS recently gave up the ghost so I purchased an iphone 4S via e-bay but from an individual seller opposed to a company. (1st mistake....) Phone's a 32GB in white and to be fair works fine in every way except the camera?? I've attached a couple of photos I've just taken with my phone and another iphone 4 and I'm sure you can see the difference!! All pictures are coming out majorly cloudy/soft?? Basically sh*t! Any ideas oh Apple gurus? I've googled it and not really seen anything that helpful but must admit it's starting to bug the **** out of me as I am rather partial in taking a pic or two....... How I get iMessage to start working again iPhone 4
For about a week, iMessage has not been working on my iPhone 4. It is turned on, I have wifi, and service. It is not just my phone, either. friends with iPhones have had the same problem. I thought at first, that there was something down with Verizon, but users with AT&T have had the same issues. Has anyone had the same issue or know if something is going on?

Cannot figure out how to set a sound alert for Find friends notifications. I only get an alert banner but not sound which seems more useful when waiting for notifications.I have the latest version and cannot find anything close to setting this up, maybe there isn't????
when i delete number it still appears in contact list when i want to send text why this iPhone 5
When i deleted my friends old number, i deleted her contact all together and created a new contact with her new number. Now when i go to create a text when i type in her name it brings up both numbers and i cant seem to permanently delete the old number from that list. But when i check contacts there is only one number there which is her new one i saved.

iMessage buggy since iOS 6.1.3 update iPhone 5
Ever since i updated my phone my iMessage has been super buggy. I am not recieving imessages in group conversations or individual ones.. & on the senders side it is showing that it is "delivered" to my phone... I have the iphone 4 on telus.. but I am not the only one with this problem I have multiple friends who have the iPhone 4s & 5 on telus and rogers who are having this issue as well. On top of the imessage issues my battery usage is decreasing faster than usual and my apps keep closing... Everything on my phone is updated. Anyone else with these issues?

Dear friends, I hope apple is looking into the posts by customers. I was browsing through the forum and found single threads of issues. I think I am facing all in one and look forward for people who are facing similar issues. I have a iphone 4 on AT&T. everything was working great till 6.0 & problems since I upgraded to 6.1. Since then it has been quite unstable. below are some of the issues I am facing... 1. Phone sometimes goes unresponsive or very slow response for some apps [ action took..cleared all apps restarted/rebooted..no use]2. The signal strength has considerably dropped from before and sometimes says no service. Before I had atleast some good signal strength near my home.3. The battery drain issue..sometimes I feel the battery on usage makes the phone go hot. 4. As soon I unplug from the power, the phone drops couple of %'s over 10 min even without usage or very slight usage.5. The worst of all..sometimes the phone access 3g even when there is WIFI..it takes sometime to realize there is wifi..but all the time I think is using 3G to start off or completely on 3g all the times. I restarted the phone couple of times but no luck. I never had this problem before 6.1. If any one have solutions or geniuses on solving at the least the priority one's let me know. When my dad bought the phone he didn't ask questions he just gave it to me. Being a blackberry user he didn't know that there was a one year warranty and being my first iPhone I didn't know either - and rogers didn't tell us. I found out recently that after getting my phone fixed elsewhere twice due to a broken screen that I actually have the warranty. And the recent screen I got fixed is faulty, will Apple still fix it if I sent it to them even if some else fixed it.

iPhone 5 batterycharger problem
About a week ago, my iPhone 5 charger started going in and out. After about three days, it stopped working completely. Assuming that it was just a short in the cord, I just went to buy a new one. The store I went to had sold out of just the plain lightning cord, so I bought an offbrand adapter to the old 30 pin chargers. Of course, two days later, it stopped working, broke off into my phone, and I had to pull it out with tweezers. I found an offbrand lightning cord at a gas station for pretty cheap, and it seemed to work fine. But the day I started using it, after my phone had been running for the day, my battery was at 12% and out of nowhere skipped to 1%. I had no apps running, and that has never happened to me before. Could the problem be with my phone or the offbrand charger? I have plenty of friends who use offbrand iPhone 5 chargers and haven't had a problem like this.

There is a bug on all version of the IOS for iphone 5. I have been waiting to see if it would get fixed as the new releases come out and it hasn't. I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue..When you add a second call you don't get that arrow which allows you to drop a call. On my friends 4g running same versions, they don't have that issues..Any suggestions

hello everybody, until just recently my iphone 4s home button was perfectly fine. Now, it feels like it below the glass or stuck down a little . Sprint Iphone 5 Trouble
Anyone else having trouble with iPhone 5 on Sprint Network?...I live in NC and regularly have little or no 3G service, when I am connected to 3G it is very very slow. I have contacted Sprint and done all of there trouble shooting, contacted Apple and nothing works. I have friends with Verizon and At&t with no issues, I believe there must be some type of software glitch between Apple and Sprint...very frustrating.
