There are over 2000 pictures of her on my phone so I really really need to get them back I don't have iTunes, I have never downloaded it or anything. I have always taken my pictures off just by plugging my phone into the computer, going to My Computer and copy and pasting them like that but I have not done this in 2 months and there are so many photos and videos that will be lost.I downloaded iTunes, logged in using my email and password but every time I connect my phone it keeps saying for me to put my password in on the phone but the numbers aren't on the phone screen.Is there any way I can get my photos back?Can Apple get them back for me?Please help

iphone 4S restore error codes 2006 and 2001. what these actually mean
My son's phone suddenly stopped working. We connected it to the Imac using the USB cable and it came up with a restore procedure suggestion to resolved the issue. We downloaded the latest version of ITunes and then we followed the restore process. I then see a pop up error message: The iphone "iphone" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (2001). So I disconnected from the IMac reconnected and re-ran the restore procedure. This time we got the same message but with a 2006 error code. The phone is less than a year old (bought for Christmas). It has been taken care of with no scratches, bangs or drops. What is happening and what do I need to resolve? Is it something that can be fixed?should it cost me (is this under warranty) to resolve / repair? Hopefully someone can help. Thanks Paul
my iphone 4s volume isn't working
My iPhone 4S volume isn't working. No sound when playing music. No ring or text message sound. If I try to turn volume up for ringer on side, the box appears, but no bar to show volume up or down. If I do a test ring in settings it works though. Silent switch is in the correct position. I tried a hard reboot (ignored the red slider). It worked a minute ago but then stopped again. It seems like it might have the problem when I'm trying to play music. Thanks!

This whole problem started when I first got my Iphone 5 around christmas time of last year. And i did the normal activation of my new Iphone and syncing my old iphone 4 with this new phone. I synced everything and it was all good, but i started to get these random text from people in my message log. I soon found out that i was recieving every text that was sent to my sister. And if i replied to someone who was texting my sister it would show up like she texted them, not me on a seperate number. Also when i text my sister she would get the text but immidiatly after i sent her it, i would also get a text from myself saying what i sent her. I will literally get a text message from my own number to myself, (Weird ****). So its like my sisters text messaging is fused with mine. Its only messages though, no images or anything else. In the beginging i didnt care about this becasue she wasnt recieving my text i was only getting hers. But now just today she tells me she is getting my text too. And thats a problem! This problem lasted all the way up to about 2 months ago and then i stopped getting her messages. But i gave one of my friends my old iphone 4 and once they activated it for there own use it started to happen again. They use a seperate plan then i do and there number on the phone is different. Before i gave them the phone i wiped everything off of it. i took off the contacts, messages, everything. They use a different apple account and icloud account now on the phone. So idk why it started up again i need help. Here is some background. My whole family shares the same apple account with everything. We have seperate phones, numbers and data for the most part. But with dealing with Icloud and itunes anything like that, we use the same account. My sister uses a Iphone 4s btw. With my old Iphone 4 i had no probelms with this, everything was normal. But once i switched to the new iphone 5 this problem has occured. Idk what this is about, i havent heard anyone else with this problem, but i need help! btw my other family members on their phones do not have this problem. So i think it has to do something with the icloud but im not sure! This is a serious problem and i need help! Goodluck!

I want to start over iPhone
So I got my iPhone 5 around Christmas time, and I feel as though I need to start fresh. I want everything to be as good as new. I am absolutely getting frusturated with iCloud right about now. I already put all my pictures on my computer (not connected to iCloud), and my contacts are in a vCard folder on my desktop. I don't have music on my iPhone, and my apps I'd like to keep. How do I back up my iPhone to ONLY my computer... When I tried deleting my iCloud account, it deleted everything (including the contacts that I backed up to ONLY my computer). Long story short... I hate iCloudI want my phone good as newI want my appsI want my contactsI want my text messages if possible.I don't mind resigning into all my email accounts and app accounts. When I do have my iPhone good as new as when I got it, then I will later on ask a question on how iCloud specifically works... with such a tight schedule like mine, it is hard to go to the genius bar and ask all of these questions... Whenever I try to sync my iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3, to my new Asus computer with Windows 8, I get a message saying "iTunes cannot read the contents of this iPhone. Go to the Summary tab and restore." So I go to Summary and hit restore, and it doesn't seem do anything, other than want to download new iPhone software, which always takes about 4 hours, and I inevitably end up with some sort of error that prevents it from loading. I've removed and reinstalled iTunes, and restarted my phone, but it doesn't seem to work. I would like to be able to sync to my computer, but it doesn't seem to work. Before I was on an Asus computer with Windows 7 and it worked fine, and now I can't get it to work at all. I have the same Internet Security provider as before, so I don't think that's it. Can anyone figure out what I should do? Thanks

My girlfriend recently broke her iPhone 4 and had to get a new phone -- ever since she got a new phone, my iPhone 4S is missing hundreds of texts from her. The last text my phone shows from her is from over two months ago. At first I thought that only the iMessages were missing, but we have exchanged hundreds of SMS and iMessages in the last few months and they are all missing. After she broke her phone there were a few days she texted me via iMessages on her iMac -- and those texts are all missing too, iMessages on her computer is also totally messed up. I can understand why she would be missing a few messages on her new phone since she hasn't backed her phone up in a few weeks, and using iMessages between multiple devices is still glitchty -- but why did my girlfriend getting a new phone cause hundreds of texts to be deleted off of my phone? iTunes 11 deleted recent contacts and photos iPhone 5
I recently got an iPhone 5. Downloaded iTunes 11 and tried to sync my new phone. Once done I looked at my phone to find that all new contacts since October 2012 had been deleted along with any texts I had received and all the photos I had taken on my new phone. Instead I now have all my old photos and apps from my old phone. But nothing newer than October 2012. How can I get the new stuff back on my phone?

Hello, and thank you for reading. I have an iPhone 4s, and my primary email account is Gmail. I can receive emails, but I can't send them. When I try to click on the little pen icon to write an email, the app crashes/quits and I'm sent back to the homescreen. I saw that most people who can't send email receive an error message, but I've never received an error message, the app just stops. I checked in the Settings, and every thing seems to be in order (I'm not extremely tech savvy, so I could be wrong). I started to experience this problem maybe a week ago. Also, my Messages app can be a little sketchy sometimes too. When I'm connected to Wifi and trying to send an iMessage, the message won't send and there will be a little red exclamation point next to the message. My Messages app works sometimes, but do you all think that the problems are linked somehow? Any help is GREATLY appreciated. I'm out of the office a lot, and it's an inconvinecne that I can't send emails while I'm on the road. I mean, that's why we buy an iPhone, right? iPhone won't charge problems connecting to USB iPhone 5
Just recently, I've been experiencing problems with my iPhone 5. I regularly charge it by connecting it via USB to my computer. However, over the past few days when I attempt to do this, I am spammed with this warning message: "Because a USB device was drawing too much power from your computer, one or more of your USB devices have been disabled." Additionally, whenever I attempt to plug my phone into a wall outlet to charge, it will connect/charge and then immediately disconnect. I was hoping someone could lead me in the correct direction to resolve this problem so I can efficiently charge my iPhone. Thanks.

S Not Valid iPhone
I recently wiped my iphone and when I went through the process to set up, right after selecting a Wi-Fi network, I got a SIM Not Valid screen like the below. I am on AT&T and my phone has never been unlocked, hacked or jailbroken. I've replaced 3 phones as everytime I tried to reinstall software this happened. I got a new sim. No change. Tested my sim in another phone - it work. Tested working SIM in my iphone - SIM Not Valid message still. Does anyone have an idea why this happens after a wipe and resetting the phone?

It's almost 6 months since I've encountered this problem. I already requested my carrier to have my iphone 4s replacedand a series of testing was done to my iphone 4s before they found out this it was defective. Now, I have my new iphone 4s but the same problem was again encountered. The message delivered late and sometimes messages aren't received at all. Though I have a complete network bar as seen on the upper corner of the screen, incoming calls aren't received and outof coverage area. Hope you can help me on this.
vodafone issues iPhone 4S
Hi all, i will list my problems and see what you all think,,,,, i have a iphone 4s on vodafone running 6.1.3 firmware, for the first 11/12mths i would say this phone was faultless ( taking around 200 calls a day), recently the phone refuses to make calls and send txt messages, it wont even connect to the internet using 3g, it has to have wirelesss connectivity for the browsers to work. i took it to the local vodafone shop and they insisted it was the sim card at fault, even though i did try it in my other phone (nokia E50-2), so i took the replacement sim anyway. checks already done:- i have taken my vodafone contract sim from the iphone and placed it in the nokia, it works fine sending and recieving both calls and txti have taken my vodafone PAYG sim out of the nokia and placed it in the iphone, it refused to work but worked fine in the nokiai have reset the network settings, i have deleted all apps from the iphone and done a full restore, but it still refuses to workit shows full signal strength all the time where i live, as does the nokia, if i try to call it from the nokia it tells me the phone is not available even though they are sat side by side with full signal, if i try to call the nokia it comes back called failed.i have tried to send a txt message to my own phone number only for it to come back failed, yet in the nokia it sends no problem.vodafone refuse to admit it is a problem with there network and it is an iphone issue, the phone is now 13mths old and out of warranty (typical), i requested the iphone be unlocked from vodafone to check other networks, this has now been done so i put a spare O2 sim in the iphone and it sends and recieves both calls and text with no issues, yet vodafone still say it is not a network problem!!!!!!! is anyone else having similar problems to mine??? or is it something wrong with the phone???? i personnaly think when the phone was updated to the 6.1.3 firmware it has a problem with vodafone, plese tell me what you think, i am going crazy with this phone, cant believe its not kissed the wall or other hard surface yet.

Hi all.Had my iPhone 4s for about a year. For the last few days I've had to turn it off and turn back on in order to make or receive phone calls (Call Failed message). It then works fine for a while. Receive texts (telling me I've missed a call), send texts, connect to internet etc no problem.Any ideas?
Iphone 5 back up and restore problem iPhone 4S
My power button on my phone stopped working so before I went to the apple store today I backed up my phone to the computer (itunes) instead of icloud. Now I have my new phone plugged in and I hit restore from computer. It restored all of my texts, pictures, contacts, voicemails etc. Most of my apps restored except for like 10 recent ones which were all PAID for apps. Then a message popped up saying not enough icloud storage to finish restoring. I'm not even using icloud so what is the problem?? I also checked all my apps on itunes, none of the apps that dissapeared are on there either

Im not sure if its to do with the new update 6.1.4 but my imessage suddenly stopped working. I checked my settings and saw that my email addresses associated with it were deleted. I would do hard resets but it wouldnt solve the problem. Then imessage was only partially working, sending imessages to certain individuals and text messages to the others. When i would try to add my email it would say that my password or ID is incorrect. I was thinking, no this could not be. I signed in and out of Itunes with no problem. I even signed on appleid.com and it worked. I tried it on my ipad which worked. I was scratching my brains. so I had an idea, I proceeded to reset network settings......BIG MISTAKE!!! Now, along with my imessage and facetime problems, I cannot connect to my wifi at home. when I enter the password it says it is incorrect. I have also tried entering the wifi manually but to no avail. I connected my iphone to itunes but it wont back up my data saying an error occured but it doesnt specify the error. Iv also noticed that if i press and hold an app, and it starts shaking, the crosses next to the apps that I hav purchased whether it is free or not does not show the 'x' next to them so I cant manually delete an app. What is going on? Is so frustrating because now I have to rely on my data and its depleting fast. Iv booked an appointment with the Genius bar for next week but I am hoping I can sort this out before hand. My first iphone and I was enjoying it up to now, not happy at all!

No S Card Installed on iphone 5
My iphone5 has been randomly giving me a "No SIM Card Installed" message occasionally over the past 2 days. Usually it goes away if I touch the screen but the last time I noticed there was a "No SIM" message where the Sprint bars should be before I hit the home button. After that it worked fine. This is troubling because my first 5 had the same problem the day after I got it. Apple replaced it after trying other things like changing out the SIM Card. They decided it had a defective card reader. And this phone is only a month or 2 old, the replacement phone messed up its sleep button after about 8 months. Is this a problem that I don't need to worry about or a sign of imminent failure? I can't get to the Apple Store this week and I'm taking a trip on Wednesday and really need my phone. Thanks!
