When I recorded something using photo Theater Lite and connected my iphone to mac laptop, the video didn't show up with the rest of the pictures and videos, how can i find the videos I took?

iMessage photos say Not Delivered but are received by recipient iPhone 5

For about 6 weeks now, a lot of the time when I send a photo via iMessage it always comes back as "not delivered" but the recipient actually gets it. This is extremely annoying and has only been doing it recently. Anybody else experiencing the same thing and/or have a fix for this?

iPhone images won t restore after phone reset

Hi, I am hoping someone can help me as my wife's iPhone completely froze up after synching with the latest version of iTunes. In the end, the only thing she could do was re-set the iPhone, thereby of course losing everything. Reconnecting to her laptop restored music and most apps, it seems she has to re-download the other apps again direct to the phone. Now the problem is images. There is an ipod cache directory on the laptop Pictures directory, and in this are folders labelled F00, F01 etc.. and a "photo Database" file. In each of the Fnn directories is a series of files, called Txxx.ithmb, each of which is about 1,500KB. Doing a backup from the laptop indicates there are about 2900 files overall.Altogether there is about 3GB in this folder, so it looks to be a lot of space.  Pointing iTunes to the directory containing all this and synching, still results in zero images being found. She went to the local Apple store for help, to be told these are not the images, but then elsewhere I have read that these are the full files, and this proprietary format contains three different resolution images. If the images taken on the iPhone are not here, where are they? Finally, how on earth do we convince iTunes to recognize these files and imporrt them again? Sorry to be thick but losing everything thanks to the latest iTunes was rather catastrophic! Any help/ideas/suggestions greatfully received... The photo files were a mix of photos taken on the iPhone and images previously uploaded from the laptop. Cheers Chipontheroad

How to remove Quota limit reached iPhone 3G

In my notes, everytime I edit a note, this notification pops up as "Quota - Quota limit reached." and then deletes the current note I'm editing. This is rather frustrating, because I do have some important notes and everytime I go to use it they get deleted after this notification pops up. I did go through my notes and delete a bunch, but there are less that 15 notes and as you can see in the photo this account has 3 and I've definitely had way more in the past. Does the Quota extend to other applications as well?Thanks for the input!

I recently had my 4S replaced after my previous one had water damage. It was working fine at first but suddenly, whenever I take photos with my phone, they're not saving to my camera roll. I don't think it's a question memory space as I only have 1 photo on my camera roll.

Multiple iPhone 4S issues continuing

I am tired of my iPhone 4S already after suffering through issues upon issues with the device. My screen is having issues now where at a moment's chance it goes dim. I have to reset the device to get the brightness back to normal. I've tried restoring without any luck of this resolving. Another gripe I have is that I'm continuing to have issues with apps like Mail, Safari, and other Apple installed apps just continuously force closing. I've been sending emails back and forth on my iPhone only to have Mail force close and I lose everything in my message. The phone acts sluggish and performs worse than previous 4S devices I've owned. I've had issues upon issues across multiple iPhone 4S devices. The device I have currently is my 5th iPhone 4S and even tho its less than a few months old after it was sent to me after multiple filler iPhones of refurb models from the store, I continue to experience issues that make me use my iPhone less and less as it becomes more unreliable with the crashes and multiple restores. My closest store is not within close distance so that's made owning an iPhone with issues difficult as not every thread on the communities forum touch on half the problems I continue to have. Thankfully at least Siri knows where I'm located compared to my other devices where she always thought I was in Pittsburgh where I picked the phone up at my nearest store over an hour and a half away. Now everything just seems to be more of a deficiency with iOS and the hardware than anything. Obviously there must be something wrong with the latest stocks of 4S devices if my issues are continuing. When I restore I'm always setting up as a new device. I'm never downloading or redownloading anything from my Mac or PC. Everything is just redownloading apps from iCloud within the App Store and having a ton of missing photos in my photo stream. I just don't understand what is wrong with my iPhone. I never experienced these kind of issues with my iPhone 3GS so its hard to swallow how terrible the 4S has performed with every single device I keep getting. I'm at a loss on what I can do. Does anyone have any tips I should try that Apple hasn't provided me with to fix or at least band-aid the issue long enough till I can upgrade with my carrier?

I would like to be able to preset the following information on my iphone 5 camera metadata settings so that they automatically appear on each photos' metadata no matter which app is in use:Photographer name, copyright information, terms of use I am looking to set this as a default, not to set it after the photo is taken (or make a copy with new metadata for export) as is currently offered by so many apps. Considering the ongoing hot debates about copyright infringement and photo sharing, one would think this would be available as a set-up screen under settings/privacy/camera... Where did all my photosvideos go after 6.1.4 update iPhone 5

I just updated my iPhone 5 to the 6.1.4 update and after all the apps and music was restored onto my phone, i went to my photos and there was none!  They were all gone!  the only thing there was 35 photos on my photo stream, and i originally had over 100 on my photo stream.  Either way, my photos and video are gone and I have no idea where they went or how to get them back.  And I never downloaded pics/videos from my phone to my computer so I don't have them anywhere. Any help is appreciated!

How I get rid of other section of my Iphone make up

I have an Iphone 4 8gb and it seems that everytime I try to download an app/song or try to take a photo/video it is constantly telling me there's no more space left on my Iphone. The content of my iphone is: 1.40 GB's of music, 761.1 MB of photos, 779.6 MB of apps, and 3.39 GB's of other. I don't know how to get rid of the "other" part that takes up half my storage. If anyone has some helpful ways to get rid of the other storage without losing all my data (pics, music, apps, messages, etc) let me know!

Can iphone 5 take photo in .png format

So my friend sent me 3 images they had taken on their phone, 2 came as jpgs but one came as a .png image.  I was skeptical as they were different formats. Is this even possible and if not how could an image be a .png ?   read somewhere this could be a screenshot/grab but when i tried that myself to emailed to self through gmail app it still appreared as a jpg the email also came from someone using gmail  Thanks in advance

Please help. I've just returned from overseas having taken a lot of photos on my new iPhone 5. I've stupidly moved to upgrade the software on the device without saving these. Now the phone is promoting me to plug into iTunes and when I do it says the phone is detected in recovery mode and has to be restored. Is there any way I can get to these images without losing them?! :( I think I have additional storage however can't be sure images were selected to back up.

The other day my iPhone 5 said that storage was running out. I checked and it says that i have used up most of my gigs. I was comparing all the data I had on my phone with my roommates iPhone 4 and it didn't seem to add up. On my iPhone 5, I have 69 songs, 32 videos, nearly 800 photos, and 14 applications. My roommate had over 300 songs, 90 videos, 2000 photos and 14 applications. Both of the phones are 16 GB. Does the iPhone 5 take larger photos or something? If it does, can i reduce the photo size?

hi.. im newb..  my missus & me just got 2 iphone 5 64gb, all up to date with ios and we both get the same problem. hopefully i can explain it properly. after u hit the button on the top when ur not using the phone and then come back later to use it, you press round button, sometimes nothing happens sometimes and it takes anywhere from 30 secs to a few minutes before it shows the slide to unlock screen. it doesnt happen all the time, but enough to be annoying. ive restarted a few times and this doesnt seem to have any effect. now my messages are doing the same thing - it hangs on a blank blue screen. my partner suggested it could be because its 64gb? either way, my phone is empty, like 50gb free. Any help would be appreciated. I use my phone for work & its annoying when u need to show someone a photo or something and right just then ur phone decides to go on vacation.....

I have had this issue for many months. I have tried hard resets.  Another issue I've been having is when I get a photo in a text message I will try to open it, all it says is "Loading.." And nothing will appear and I try to exit out of it and the phone freezes for a minute or so then just kicks me out of photos.

I googled to no end, searched Apple support forums endlessly and you know what? Not a single simple answer can seem to be given without being redirected to something that simply does not answer THIS very specific question. Is it, or is it not possible to quickly transfer photos DIRECTLY *FROM* and *INTO* the Camera Roll WITHOUT iTunes or iPhoto? Simple question yes? lol. NOPE. Reason why I ask can be simply described in short: iTunes 11.0.2, running iPhone iOS 6.1; Clicking "Photos" from my iPhone via iTunes, gives me ONE single option; "Sync photos from". Tried keeping it real simple. Make a folder on the desktop called iPhone Photos just for quickly transfering photos back and forth and chose to synch from that. 18 photos to test. Just crap from the internet. Nothing major. Know what it does? For one, it takes 3 minutes or so to sync 18 whole photos, which is stupid but whatever. But here's the BEST part, none get sent to my Camera Roll, oh no, it makes TWO entirely new folders under it in my iPhone. One being the one I made on my desktop, and the other is called photo Library, and get this, BOTH of these have the same 18 pictures lmao. Yup. Why? Oh who cares at this point. I really just do not care. Apple. All that needs to be said. And as for iPhoto. It's just an unnecessary useless program I have no intentions of ever needing. Why? I keep a crap load of various types of photos in organized folders in my Finder, and iPhoto likes making sure it takes 3x longer to do that. It really just does.  Now back on point. What happened to the good old friggin days when all you had to do was DRAG AND DROP?!?!?! I legitimately am getting cancer from pondering this question.  Is there not a way to simply drag from Camera Roll somehow to the iMac, like say a specified folder. And Vice Versa from the iMac straight to Camera Roll? A nice workaround to get FROM Camera Roll TO iMac specified folder is "Image Capture" which does exactly just THAT. Quickly and painlessly transfer STRAIGHT FROM AND TO wherever. This is ridiculous. At this point, I'd pay 50 bucks for a simple app to quickly drag and drop from and to Camera Roll and bam. Done.  Sorry for the book, but this is getting ******** trying to get an answer to this and thought I would deem it necessary to be as descriptive as humanly possible.  Looking for simple answers if possible, but at least descriptive. Figuring out restriction passcode iPhone 4S

My phone says that my restriction settings are on, which I am assuming is why none of my aps can be granted access to my photo stream, and I have never set up a restriction passcode. I have tried the last 4 digits of my phone number, 0000, and one I thought I might have set up, but none of them work. Does anyone know what is going on? What a general restriction passcode is? And how to reset it without reseting my whole phone?

I was trying to recover a deleted text message and used Wondershare Dr. Fone to load previously deleted messages. I didn't find the message that I was looking for, but when I went back to my "desktop" - all my apps were rearranged and there was a photo I had set as the background 2 years ago. When I opened their program again to try and restore my desktop, I was prompted to purchase their software, which I cannot affort to do. Like many people, I rely on my phone almost as much as an extra appendange and am clueless as to how I can recover my icloud, apps, etc without spending any money. Do you have any suggestions. I left the apple store fast due to the fact i was in a bad car accudent and i am in a wheelchair and cant stay seated like that long due to a broken leg. It randomly will pop up message saying something like it needs wifi but I have wifi at my house. It also pops up another message something like it needs to finish restoring it and asks if I want to download it all and I click on it it to but it goes away after that and nothing pops back up. I also can't install the new update it says I have I finish the retire then do it. My photo album is also stuck at whatever number of photos I have taken in the new phone that number of 300 something. It just says its downloading it. I have no clue what to do. Also my iCloud backup I looked and it says I have 2.2 gb left then that the  backup is 2.7 gb. I'm very confused what options I have and can't find an answer anywhere please help me!

Problem with corrupted iPhone photo albums

I have a problem with my iPhone "Photos" app. When I open it is see hundreds of "ghost" albums in the albums tab. I have tried to turn off syncing photos in iTunes and then turn it back on again, and so deleting all albums and photos and then re-applying- but no luck.  I also tried to sync with an empty folder on my Mac instead of the iPhoto library, but this still does not delete the albums. Anyone know how to nuke the photos on an iPhone and start from scratch WITHOUT having to restore the iPhone to its factory state?

Stolen Iphone Help iPhone 4S

Im wondering if anyone can help me, My phone got stolen on sunday evening at around 12ish, after looking for it all night i resorted into comming home and searching for it via i cloud and find my iphone app, i entered my apple ID and my password but it only told me that my iphone is 'offline'. When i suggested this to my network provider when i called them to block my sim card so the phone wasnt being used, he told me this was because they must of took the sim card out?  I was more upset about all of my pictures and videos being deleted because there was lots of my family and my life on my iphone, so i tried to retreive it by setting up my icloud account to see if i could get my pictures back. To my surprise, it said i had a photo stream on my iphone, however when i clicked on my photo stream it had said 'files empty'. I then went back onto my icloud account and clicked 'Manage Storage' all it came up with was a 'Back up' tab and when i clicked on the tab it said "laurens iphone 31/3/2013 3:38AM - 4,GB" That is all my iphone told me, it didnt tell me anything else. Weirdly, it didnt show me any of my pictures but the date its telling me is the date i lost my iphone and 3.38am indicates to me that the person whoever has it must of went home and tried to do something with my phone at 3:38am? Im not sure.. but i want to know if there is any way i can get my photos back or retreive my iphone. I also have my serial number if  this helps? Help would be very appreciated right now.Thanks

iPhone Music won t allow songs from artist albums and compilation albums

I have bought and downloaded some albums off of iTunes recently. Some of these are normal 'artists albums' ie they are the offfical artists release, and some of them are compilation albums. My Music app won't let me have any songs which are duplicates. If I download the song on the artists album it removes the song from the compilation album and vice versa. Why is this and is there a way to fix it? Thanks

I have 6 updates on my Iphone but Itunes says all updated even while telling me on app tab 14 apps needs updates what s wrong

So yeah here it is: Iphone - 6 apps need to be updated Itune stores (pc) - 14 updates availables But when I click for the 14 updates it says no updates are available. I dont want to use my photo data to update and 2 of them need are too big and need to be updated by Itunes. Any solutions?
