No button 'Update-software' by General iPhone 4

I would like to update my Iphone 4.3, but I do not see in my screen 'Update-software' below info by General. I can't find any information about my problem, how to solve this problem or creates this button?

Iphone 4S keeps disconnecting WIFI frequently when in use

    My iphone suddenly began disconnecting frequently from my access point like every 4 seconds, maybe every minute. it just disconnects randamly,i have had this issue for two days now . I restored my iphone to IOS 6.1.3 and yet the issue is still preserved , so i reset my router and my access point to their default setting and still the WIFI keeps on disconnecting. I even tested my IPhone to connect to my Uncle's wifi access point and still it disconnects from it frequently.My Iphone has never suffered any damage. it has never fallen on the ground and not even scratched.The disconnection here is not that the iphone disconnects from the wifi when i lock the phone but it's worse it disconnects when the phone is in use even if I am downloading something from the app store or streaming a video on youtube and then it will automatically reconnect again which is pretty annoying especially if i am using a VOIP service .i tried everything now and seems nothing helps. Is this a Hardware or a software problem ?, i would be glad to hear from other users that i am not the only one affected by it. I live in Egypt, is there Apple Support in here ?, Any suggestions will Greatly help me .

Iphone 5 unlocked Amazon Very Problem

Good night;guys, I have a problem and would like some help:I bought it on Amazon, 1 Iphone 5 Unlocked, factory unlocked. The device functioned normally and after an update, it did not take over my chip and says the device is locked (is asking to put a valid chip). After several attempts, I got in touch with the Apple of my country (Brazil), and to my surprise, the search for the serial device, they reported that the device is locked by Sprint and manufactures do not accept support or exchange (The unit has 1 month bought with full price in amazon), telling me to settle with Amazon. I insisted informing them that the unit was purchased unlocked and they also reported that this device is aimed at the European market, it works with CDMA and GSM and Apple Brazil suporPelas just the research I have done and talking to some people, I passed the information that Sprint can easily inform this code (or Imei) not sure which unlocks the device again, but have no information on how to get or do that. I contacted Amazon stating what happened and I'm waiting for a position within it, is to send the code or return the handset. My model is the A1429. Entrei em contato com a Amazon informando o ocorrido e estou aguardando uma posição deles, seja para envio do código ou retorno do aparelho. Meu modelo é o A1429. my iPhone 4 Genuinely NEW or Refurbished Please HELP

#I just received my BRAND NEW, SEALED, iPhone4 32 GB FACTORY UNLOCKED which I bought from Ebay. After unboxing, I switched on the phone to find that it was already activated, and did NOT show the "Connect to iTunes" screen, which gave me doubts whether this phone is actually brand new, the phone does have that protective film on the front and back which normally comes with brand new iPhones, anyhow I went online and did some intense research and found interesting facts about the serial number, and from my understanding the phones with serial numbers starting with 5K could be a refurbished phone, and indeed my supposedly BRAND NEW iPhone which came in a sealed retail box with all accessories does have a 5K serial number, so I did some more googling and came across a web site which gives details about an iPhone with its serial number and it shows this phone is a refurbished one. I checked on Apple website for warranty and it says "We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. Please check your information and re-enter your serial number. If your information is correct, you may need to contactus."  #Now all you good knowledgeable people out there, please please shed some light on this matter.Is this really a genuine brand new phone? When I contacted the seller regarding     the phone being already activated, he said it is normal with phones     which are factory unlocked. But I believe it is actually supposed to     show  - “Connect to iTunes” screen. That was how it was with my     iPhone 3G. At least right out of a brand new box. Am I correct? How can a refurbished iPhone come in a     sealed retail box? Even if that was the case, would it cost the same     as a normal brand new FACTORY UNLOCKED iPhone because I paid US $     904.00 for this. Does Apple sell refurbished iPhones as     new? What confuse me is that the box have all the labels intact as     it was a sealed box, and the serial number and IMEI number match     with the actual phone. Should I consider this a genuine     product that Apple meant to sell as it is or better I go for a claim     and either get a refund or replacement from the seller on Ebay?.   Thank you very much in advance for all your kind help and insights. URGENT HELP iPhone 4S

Last night i went on my phone to make a phone call but all my contacts were somehow deleted i tried turning off my iphone and then turning it on but still had the same problem. I dont know what to do i had icloud but never used the backup for it infact i had not signed in to it till the next day. I somehow managed to get a few of my contacts back through my messages. There were many important numbers in there. To top it off the most important thing to me was all my information on my calender list like my appointments, and many other important events. I do not know hot to retreive it if anyone could please help me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you

I found an app that provides a call confirmation without jailbreaking the phone called "group Contact." in settings, if you turn 'return to the app after phone call" on, you get the message "you will be alerted before making the call, and the app will be re-opened after the call." Before every call, a call confirmation is delivered, which solves my problem perfectly!

way to recover data was not backed up from my iPhone 5

Today I completed a software update for my iPhone 5 without backing it up because I did not receive a warning that all my data would be erased and so, did not realize it would be an issue. Upon completing the update, I realized my mistake but figured it was too late to revert the damage and continued with the restoration of my phone to its factory settings. After completing the update, I realized just how much data was lost (including important notes with financial information and images and videos of recent trips around Europe). Now I am desperate to try to recover the data deleted in the update. Is there any chance at all that I can recover something? The notes and videos are most important to me. I am also missing many Messages but that is less important to me. Can anyone please help? Any response is greatly appreciated!

Water Damage iPhone 4S

On May 18, 2013: Yesterday my cousin and I tipped our canoe while on a river. We had our electronics in a ziploc bag which included my iPhone 4S. We managed to save almost everything including the ziploc bag. We were stuck floating down the fast moving rapids for atleast 30 minutes keeping firm grip on everything. Once our fellow canoe group caught up with us we put everything in their canoe and made a pit stop. There we put the electronics out to dry (only a little bit of water got it). I managed to send one quick text out and tried hard to shut off the phone but it kept rebooting. When we got back to my grandma's house I investigated the iPhone. It was on and working BUT the flash was stuck on and the power button didn't always work, water behind the lower part of the screen  I tried hard to turn it off but it just kept rebooting. With no rice I just layed it out in the sun for an hour.  About 2 hours later we rushed to the mall and went to the Apple Store. They checked the status of the warranty and it just expired 5 days ago. Ugh.. So they just told us there was little they can do and they will replace it for $200.00. At this point I didn't want to give up. At the Apple Store the iPhone was having such a melt down. The Apple employee struggled to keep it on as it kept turning itself off (power button issue). Everything else was functional besides the back camera full of water vapour and LED light. About 3 hours after that I got home I put the phone in rice. I noticed the phone some how got into recovery mode.  Over night and about 24 hours later I took the phone out of the rice plugged into iTunes on my iMac. It was just on recovery mode asking me to recover it on iTunes. It wouldn't work because it kept going into UNKNOWN ERROR 2001 and UNKNOWN ERROR 2006. I read somewhere a fix can be putting it from recovery mode into DFU mode. But remember the power button isn't still working so it is impossible to go into that mode. I think I got it once but still had the same errors. I am not ready to give up. I know there is no such thing as minor water damage but it really does seem minor because everything was functional just the phone put itself into recovery mode with a messed up power button.  I'm asking what I should do now. I really don't want to spend $200 for another iPhone 4S when the next generation iPhone will come at what ever time. It seems pointless getting an old phone than a new one. I just want to be able to use this one until then. Thanks for reading my rants. Brady

There's 5 people and it was iMessage, and then it went to text? And half the people are iMessage and half are text, but now, only 1 is test and the rest are back to iMessage. But everyone's iMessage works in other conversations and group chats. How do I get it to go back?

iPhone 4s stuck in recovery mode. Error code-1 .

I recently bought my iPhone 4s from a guy (who bought it from someone else). He sold it to me pretty cheap because when he bought it, one of his friends tried to restore it for him and it got stuck in recovery mode. I have no idea if the phone has ever been "tampered with" or not. He didn't seem to know much about it (said it was his first smartphone) and I thought I might have a chance of fixing it. I'm starting to lose faith in that...I've tried almost everything I can find. I know there are tricks for this all over the internet and I've tried almost all of them. TinyUmbrella does nothing, Redsn0w won't even install on my computer (frustrating!). Trying to restore from iTunes is useless. It gets to about 90% then comes up with error code (-1) and gives up. I've tried that route probably 20 times with no change. I know I could take it into Apple and they could look at it, but I have no information on the phone itself. I cannot get the serial number. Does anyone have any suggestions at all? I'll try anything that doesn't require me taking it to Apple and getting charged more than I paid for the phone to fix it....I run Windows 7. Thanks so much!

iOS 6.1.4 Battery Drain We need FIX APPLE iPhone 5

I have lost count of how many times I have been away from my office, looked down at my phone, saw anywhere between 10-30% battery life, and then a few minutes later have my phone go into shutdown mode.  This is absolutely RIDICULOUS and it needs to be fixed now!   Has anyone from Apple responded to this? Any kind of timeline in place for 6.1.5? Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. This is driving me crazy! I'm tethered to my charger!!!  Thanks!@dolfer

Folks, I am getting confusing information from various sources.According to the service I am using for factory unlocking my Iphone 5, as soon as I unlock my phone I will be able to use it on all GSM networks, except the original ATT. This is contrary to all the previous unlocks I have ever done on any phone. What is the reason why my phone will no longer work on ATT, if true? Can APPLE or ATT help me get it back on ATT network once I no longer need to use it overseas? Thank you for your help.

Desperate- way to extract location history of my iphone where I have been

Please help- its my understanding that iphone stores where you have been (location history). When I was searching the Internet to see if I could access this info, I found Pete wardens iphone tracker download (I think it came out in April 2011), but then I read that apple fixed this problem of storing this info on your computer too, by releasing a software update shortly after. Is that correct? If I backup my iphone to computer will it have a file on there that stores the history of where I and my iphone have been? Or is this no longer the case? I desperately need a log with time stamps, I need to prove where I have been in the last week (marriage problems). If iphone only keeps this info on the phone now, can I access it somehow?Thanks for your help-Alisha

Two reasons why I would not by an iPhone again

Hi all, yesterday I had two requirements from my iPhone 4 and none of them was fulfilled, so I decided that this is my last Apple device. If any of you can change my mind, go ahead a try. 1st, I wanted to copy a file (pdf) from my local drive at home and then open it in ezPDF Reader. So I used NetPortalLite to access my drive and downloaded the file inside the NetPortalLite. But when I wanted to move the file to ezPDF app it didn't let. Why it is so complicated to move files between apps? I have tried to copy in NetPortalLite, then paste in ezPDF Reader... it didn't work! 2nd, I wanted to access my local drive at home to run a video file. This function is available only in paid apps, although other mobile OS have this ability. Why it is not possible to browse local drives directly from the iOS or Safari? Is it so hard to implement this function to the iOS and make it available by SMB://IP_ADDRESS or \IP_ADDRESS? Thanks

iPhone iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred-1 . iPhone 4S

I have been trying to update my iPhone's software for the past few weeks due to my current provider not being found. (A bar that says "Searching" is always at the top where my 3G should be.) Yet whenever I try directly from my iPhone, it always end with an error message. So, yesterday I tried updating directly from itunes and I let it download the new update and all that. However, after it finished trying to update my iPhone, it put my iPhone in a recovery mode and I've been trying to fix it eversince. I can not access my iPhone, all it has is an icon saying to connect to itunes. I've tried troubleshooting, checking my software, updating my computer etc. yet it still leaves me with this message: "The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (-1)." I've looked on the apple site and I've made sure my security is up to date, my computer is up to date, my itunes is up to date and that I have restarted my computer. I am very irritated and I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do because my warranty is over with apple and I still have a few years on my contract. Okay heres the deal,       I got a new iPhone two days ago and yesterday it was causing problems so when I called to get it fixed they made me back it up to my iCloud but they made me set it up as a new phone. Now I am wondering if I can somehow access that information and restore my phone without having to reset it again.

Brand New iPhone 5 Terrible Battery Life

I recently purchased an iPhone 5 (Monday, May 6th) and am convinced that the battery is defective. I attempted to get the phone replaced by AT&T since it is within their 14-day Return/Exchange policy, but of course they denied me based on it being a "technical" issue and therefore a problem I need to take up with Apple. Whatever that means.Background info: Left the house around 10:00 AM, battery fully charged at 100%Finished class at 12:00 PM, battery dropped to 53% (VERY minimal use, I was sitting through a lecture)Arrived at AT&T store at 12:15 PM, battery at 51%AT&T Rep turns off LTE, Wireless, Location Services, Bluetooth and Auto BrightnessThe only apps that were opened/used were Text, Mail (fetch set to Manual) and SafariAT&T Rep says there's nothing he can do, but these changes should "help"Left AT&T 12:25 PM, hopped on bus, got home at 12:45 PM, battery drops to 43% (ZERO use)Call nearby Apple store at 12:50 PM to set up an appointment (Call length: 11 minutes), battery drops to 41%Call Customer Support at 1:30 PM to run remote battery diagnostic (Call length: 16 minutes), battery drops to 32%Apple Rep says the diagnostics looks normal...... Battery life: 30%Usage: 2 hours 26 minsStand by: 6 hours and 3 minutes This can't be right. iphone 5 Broken screen

So here goes... I have broken the screen on my iphone 5, it is completly shot but  i can plug it in to itunes. The problem is that i have a passcode on the iphone so i am unable to bacup the phone in itunes as i can not enter the passcode.Is there any way i can remotley access the phone and enter the passcode. I have a new iphone 5 and want to sinc it with the data on my old phone, If anyone can suggest a way around this i would be forever in their debt. I have no old bacup or icloud or the like. I also know i could get the old phone repaired but would rather not spend money on this old phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know im clutchinbg at straws.

iPhone 5 seizing randomly-unable to be used

I am not the most technically inclined, so please bear with me.  About two months ago, lines began showing up in Safari every now and again. They would go away, so I didn't think too much of it. Then one night, while in a game app, the screen began "flashing" like a strobelight. It couldn't exit the app fully, was blinking half the screen in the app, part of the home screen, etc. You cannot see throught the commotion to use the phone, if the programs can even open. This happened all evening, through the night, and the entire following day. Then it stopped.  It was fine when I took it to the AT&T store (the closest Apple store is 45 minutes away, so I wanted to be sure AT&T couldn't do anything for me) but by opening and closing programs and apps, I was able to force it to act up. Of course when I left the store, it worked fine again.  It was fine for a few days, acting up only a time or two, but I drove 45 minutes to the Apple store. My Genius Bar member told me it was software based and that I should restore the phone, download the software again, and manually add my media back on. After the four+ hours of downloading and 2+ hours of adding media, it was fine again. That was about two weeks ago. Now it's back.  I looked into the diagnostics (what I can see through the noise on the screen) and I have many different errors going on. Googling these errors codes is not providing much information, and again, I am not the best with this stuff.  SO:-Is a latestcrash.plist or mediaserverd.plist the same as a panic.plist code? In turn, if they are, will Apple replace the phone as they supposedly do in the case of panic.plist crashes? -I've noticed a bunch of the issues seem related to audio and video functions on the phone. I have AudioToolbox, CoreFoundation, and CoreQuartz codes, for example. Are these things that would justify a replacement? I am sitting through another 4 hour software download right now in order to restore the phone again, but am afraid to lose that diagnostics info, but also cannot see the screen to send any diagnostics info to Apple. Is this something that is software based? Does that mean I am going to be doing this every few weeks? The phone is only 6 months old, but I don't want to let it go and loet the one year manufacturer's warranty.  I apologize for being so verbose but I really cannot find anything online that sounds similar to what my phone is doing. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

iPhone 4S-Serial Number of replaced product

Hello everyone! I've got a problem with my iPhone 4S and I hope someone here can give me a hint on how to fix this... Last year in March I was on vacation in Las Vegas (I live in Austria/Europe) and bought a new unlocked iPhone 4S GSM in the Apple Store in the Forum Shops in Las Vegas including AppleCare+ (I just learned that iPhones can only be serviced in the Country where they are bought - my bad). Lately I was browsing through my Apple support profile and noticed that my iPhone was not registered there. So I tried to enter the serial number of the device and got this message:We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. Please check your information and re-enter your serial number. If your information is correct, you may need to contact us. I knew this could not be true so I called Apple Care here in Austria and first I was told that - according to its serial number - my iPhone has been replaced, and that it never should have been sold. I also was told that I have no chance of getting any service for this device despite the Care Protection Plan because the device is invalid due to its status as "replaced". And last but not least I was told that I could never receive any service for this device because American devices cannot be repaired in Europe (I was not aware of this fact and would have expected the salesperson in the Apple Store to tell me because I definitely told him that I am from Austria). Meanwhile I wrote an email to the store where I bought the iPhone from but it's two days now and I have not received an answer (or any indication that my email was received) yet. Is there anything I can do? Yours,Michael

Another iPhone disabled question- iPhone 4S

Hi All, So I have disbled my iPhone 4s by forgetting my passcode (like it seems many other people do!). Also as the phone went dead as I was away for the weekend the SIM is also locked. I have often backed it up to iCloud but I never had the camera roll back up option ticked as I cannot see it when I sign into iCloud. I dont have iTunes on my laptop or access to the original iTunes where it was synced a year and a half ago. My question is can I get the phone unlocked by Apple? ( I have the IMEI number and proof of purchase) Is there any way of keeping or getting my photos/videos and messages? When I had my phone plugged into the laptop and was clicking backup through wifi will this have also backed up my photos? Thanks!

Issues after 6.1.4 update iPhone 5

IS anyone else having issues after the 6.1.4 update? Here is what I have experienced in the last two days.  1- Unable to access a locked or secure network.  It asks for password initially.  When entered, it is unable to connect.  I restart and then go to Settings, find the network and click.  I never get a prompt for the password, just "Unable to Connect" 2-Bluetooth.    I can after a few attempts to connect my Bluetooth headphones, only after I get a "Failed attempt" a few times.  Then only music works, unable to make phone calls.  This happens with two different products.  A SENA SMH 10R and LG HBS 700.   3- Music play - I found this issue out when trying to figure out problem with Bluetooth.  I can start to play a song fine, but if I click on the ">>" or "<< "  it freaks the player out and then skips multiple songs or stops play and goes back to the playlist.  At first it was doing this with the Bluetooth headphones when using it to make selections.  So I deleted the devices and the iPhone continued to do it when selecting functions on the screen.  Some playlists did it and some don't.  Creating a new playlist did not help.  Additional Info.Apple Store replaced my iphone on Saturday 5.4.13 because if antina issues.  The issues above came after I restored from backup and updated the OS.  I have erased the phone 2 times since getting the new phone and restored from back up and rebuilt from Itunes and neither way makes a difference above. What is going ON?   Message was edited by: Karl Kroeker  Corrected Version update

how to preset copyright default in iphone camera iPhone 5

I would like to be able to preset the following information on my iphone 5 camera metadata settings so that they automatically appear on each photos' metadata no matter which app is in use:Photographer name, copyright information, terms of use I am looking to set this as a default, not to set it after the photo is taken (or make a copy with new metadata for export) as is currently offered by so many apps. Considering the ongoing hot debates about copyright infringement and photo sharing, one would think this would be available as a set-up screen under settings/privacy/camera... If it does not currently exist is there a work-around to do this? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.

I have been downloading apps and buying songs from Itunes without problems. I just started having this problem. I am trying to update free apps and download free apps. It will take me to the sign in and billing account verifcation page but then denies my information which is correct. Can someone tell me what is wrong and how to fix it?

I can t update apps on my iPhone 4.

Recently whenever I try updating my apps a message pops up saying "sign in required, please sign in to view billing information" so I sign in and it takes me to the payment options page, there I have all my correct data inserted which I checked about 5 times, but it says "access denied, please Chios another payment method". Problem is I don't have mother payment method and I don't see why it can't accepts this one.Note: all my apps are free and I am running ios 6.1.3

hi guyz i just brought an unlocked verizon iphone 4s and i wanna know is it safe to sync iphone to my pcwithout losing my unlock? idk kno if itz factory or not but i dont have cydia.one thing that scares me tho is that, i know when i sync I'll lose all apps, and it came with an app called APN (unlockit.co.nz)which states when i open it:                      iphone APN changer   this website will set mobile carrier info for dat access when you cannot editor do not kno settings. it dose not jailbreak or carrier unlock iphones click on the icon below to choose what you wish to do. i dont really know if i need this or not but itz another reason i been hesitantto sync my iphone. sorry for sounding like such a noob but i could use somehelp. Thanks

When I connect it to my computer the apple logo comes on and off but nothing else happens. I can't restore or access the phone through my laptop cause it's not detectable to iTunes, I don't see in it 'my computer' as well. Tried the home and sleep button hard reboot method, no use. Please help me save my phone!

Hi guys, I've used apple for 5 years now. Started with an Iphone 3GS and since then I could not use any other brand as a Cel Phone, and I tried, believe me I tried. I used an Iphone 4 for 3 years without having any problem, without having to even call Apple. Then, by the end of the last year I went to London for a trip. I bought an Iphone 5 and came back to my home country, that is Brazil...Used it for 4 months or so and it started having problems with the wake and sleep button, then I thought, "ok, apple is a worldwide company, they are reliable, that's the main reason for me to have bought it for so long and the phone still in warranty, they will trade it for me" so I called apple...For the first time in 5 years...And I did not get answered properly. Apple states that since I bought the Iphone in london, they warranty can only be used for trading the phone in london...I have no intentions of going to london this year, what meand I will lose my warranty and the money I spent with my Iphone.  To clarify, I did go to Washington for a better support, but they stated the same...I called apple and they stated that the Iphone is broken and needs to be traded but it can only be done in london. An analyst called James Downs told me to call apple regent street that's the one where I bought the Iphone and when I called there for getting my money back because they are not providing the proper support for my iphone they state that I need to take the Iphone to the store... End of the story, I have a broken Iphone, I am frustrated with apple, because they are acting as they do not care for the costumer at all. In my point of view, they should escalate the problem, call the brazilian store and trade my phone or ship me a brand new one. I took the iphone to different stores in different countries that I have access and so far nothing. Apple does not care, my iphone is 4 months old and is already broken...If nothing is done I'll be very frustrated, I'll be at least ****** because it seems I'll not have my money back because the store states they will not do that even though an apple consultant says it and I have no way of taking the phone to the store. Please, can anybody from apple help me with that? I really want my phone or my money...If you can just ship me a new one I'll be ok with that..But you should do something, you are apple, not some other ****** company around the world, will you not honor your brand?

Hello, Does anyone know where I can find the complete description of all the individual data presented in Field Test Mode on an iPhone (via dialing *3001#12345#*)? Yup, I know what the basic decible strength means, but looking to interpret all of the other details.   My goal is to find the ideal configuration for a cellular frequency booster/repeater directional antenna and am getting some odd readings so far. The fact that I am in a mountain rural area and have scarce access to two competing cellular towers miles away complicates the task. Why won't it let me update my apps iPhone 4S

So I had to totally re create a new apple account and Id because I bought something off one of my apps with a prepaid credit card and when I would o to update it would ask for my billing information an I just got past not having to put a credit card but it is using my old apple id to update stuff I don't understand

WI FI grayed out iPhone 4S

My WI-FI is not working for 15 days, since I upgraded the software to 6.1.3. The buttom is grayed out.There was a huge forum over more than 210 pages about the subject but seems like Apple prefer to erase the forum because I can not access it anymore. I tried everything.1. Turn on and off2. Flight mode3. Reset Network connections4. Reset the IPhone - ITUNES. Everything, more than once, thousand times... and nothing. I read that the only solution is to replace or the IPHONE or the hardware. My warranty expired a month ago. The repair seems to cost over 200 €!!! Is there anyone that could fix the problem without "Apple support"?The downgrade to ios 5 works?  Hello, Apple..!!! Is there any extended warranty in this case?? It was not my problem, this should be a recall. The product is yours and the software too.I am very disappointed!!

Recover data from water damaged phone-Its in DFU mode iPhone 5

I got my phone wet but more importantly i need the data from it (mainly the videos i took). Iv recovered files from a Itunes Data Back Up but i need to access the files that are on my phone that werent saved or synced to my PC. Iv tried wondershare and other 3rd party programmes but they all wont detect my phone because its not on. When i plug my phone into itunes it saids it needs to be 'restored' for it to be used. if i do this i will lost all the data thats on the phone. is there anyway i can access the hard drive of the phone and by pass the DFU mode. Apple said they will give me a new 64 gb factory refurbished iphone if i send my phone back to them and give them 300NZD. however, if i take the phone apart that will void the warranty. anyone?

Full Signal 3G but can't send txt messages IMessages or access internet. iPhone 4S

Wonder if anyone can help? Today my IPhone 4S was working normal and then my phone came up as not having a signal by saying "No Service". i turned it off and back on again then i had a signal "Vodafone 3G". i started to send txt messages and IMessages but these never sent and now all my messages are failing and its not letting me use the internet like facebook and that. I have also tried holding the top button in and the home button in at the same time and rebooting the software. But this still hasnt worked. Now my IPhone 4S is only working through Wifi. If i go out of a Wifi zone my phone doesnt let me send messages nor use internet. I can call fine and recieve calls. I am also not receving any txt messages or IMessages too. Hope someone can please help me. Sammyx

Iphone 5 Cant hold charge.

Hello everyone! Sorry I'm new here but I'll try and get as much information on here !My Iphone 5 32g has been having massive problems currently and I would hope that I would noyt have to take it into the Genius Bar until compelte last effort.So what is happening as of now is that my phone will shut down randomly, and also for some reason will not keep a charge even when it is plugged in. I have tried countless restores, and everything I can think of in the book, but nothing is working for me! If anyone could give me some insight to my problem I would appreciate it!

Hello, I have a question concerning the Izone camera. I was asked to install a few of these izone cameras in our building. My only two questions are:  Can it function with a WPA2 wifi signal? Or does the Izon only work with WEP?What ports does this camera use? I cannot find any information on specific settings you can apply to this camera, are there even settings you can modify?
