Need to unlock my iphone 4s. Which i got recently from apple store

Hi i have recently got my iphone 4s from apple white city store. Need to unlock my phone have spoken to contratc provider they say i have to contact apple to unlock this phone as thos phone been issue by them. The IMEI is 01 319400 384771 8 please unlovk this phone so i can use othere netwrok sim. Please update what you can do or who can help to unlick this phone. RegardsAmit
