Syncing to Home Computer iPhone 4S

I should add that I want the apps to sync too.  Or will that  just happen anyways when I sync it?  Sorry, i'm not very good with this stuff yet!

When I sync my phone with my home computer now, it says something like if I sync it with that computer, everything I have on the phone currently will be deleted and what is on my home computer will be synced to replace it.

when you synch to a new computer, by design, all iTunes media will be wiped from your phone and replaced with what's on the new computer.

If you want to change what computer you synch with, you'll need to move your iTunes library from your work computer and transfer it to your home computer.
