Sync iPhone Ringtone No Longer Problem

I had the problem syncing my custom ringtones to iPhone for a long time. I did Google search and tried many other ways but there seems no sound solution for this problem.It looks like that many users here have the similar problem like I cant sync ringtone to iPhone, unable to sync ringtone to iPhone etc.
