Speaker and headphones are not working iPhone 4S

In my new Iphone 4s left bottom speaker isn't working and also the right side of my headphones isn't working, can anyone help?

There is not a speaker on the left, that's the microphone.

As for the headset, have you tried a different headset?

Have you possibly enabled Mono audio? Settings > General > Accessibility > Mono Audio

Yes mono audio is enabled.

No i haven't tried with other headset.

Will other brand headphones work in iphone?

Disable mono audio. Mono should be used if you only want to hear in one ear piece (like a bluetooth earpiece.) Even then it's not necessary.

Any stereo headset will work with an iPhone.
