spam texts driving me crazy iPhone

I have already blocked my number from receiving texts on http://mymessages.wireless.att.com however I still receive text spam because surprisingly, these ****** aren't sending from a computer. I tested it btw and the email I sent got bounced so I know that the block is working so....

Apple, you NEED to add an option in contacts that you can switch on that prevents your phone from receiving texts from any number NOT in your address book. I don't understand why this isn't already an option. I'm getting this crap every day and if I didn't have an unlimited texting plan I would hunt these people down and beat them. It is infuriating.

Report the spammers to AT&T and the FCC. Text message spam is illegal in the US.
