Some keyboards letters not workingcant arrange far left app icons iPhone

I have troubling with my iphone recently especially when sending text messages/emails and arranging icons.
1. Keyboard
somehow the letters e,s are not working properly ,even the numbers/symbols ,(designated to the letters e,s) no matter how many times I press them.
2. Arranging the app icons
Moving the icons from different page is a messed.. Whenever I hold the app icon on my finger tip and move it along the left side of the screen, the problem is that it just sits right next to the far left icon and the far left icon is picked up instead. I cant even change the positions of the first column of icons with the second column.
I resetted my iphone but the problem still persists. I check the apple site but no solution and I called apple support but the woman in there just told me the same old story to reset it again and send me a link how to verify iphone hardware.. that does not have a solution for me.
My iphone is always up-to-date regarding its os and apps
Anyone has a same problem as me??
