Water damage is no covered by the warranty.  You can do a like-for-like exchange through Apple, and it's about $250.  You can try to dry it out by putting your iPhone in a bed of dry rice.

Phone works perfectly the only problem is that I can't turn it off and the lock button its kinda stilt at times but it works
