I can text some people while i cant text some people. Can anyone help me? I tried restoring 4 times and still the same. I called my phone carrier company and they said something was changed in the SMS settings. Please help me!! I wanna use my iphone 3G. Ive been using another phone since the OS 3 update

You dont say where you are. If you are in the US, the problem may be the other persons phone especially if they are using Verizon.
