Siri still not responding after one by one followed Siri troubleshooting guide.Rebooted the phone to no good. As per apple support no server issue. Siri was working perfectly before upgraded to 5.1.1 after i upgraded to5.1.1 i never check Siri until last 2 days ago I just found that Siri is not functioning properly.

My siri is now working fine. I'd changed live DNS ip address 208.67.222.222 without rebooting my iphone and siri works back to normal.

I am a smart carrier user here in the philippines. My siri is now working fine by changing DNS ip add to 208.67.222.22 without rebooting my phone after siri detected not working couple of days ago. I confirmed that the issue is something to do with obtaining DNS ip address in iphone even if your in "obtain"status not "static", the DNS ip addrees obtained by my phone was gateway ip address which should not be the case. I'd checked my router and DNS was configured properly and this was the same configuration way back when my Siri was working fine couple
