Since 1 day battery empty in few hours iPhone 4S

Hi,

since yesterday my battery is running empty within a few hours. I have turned off almost every battery consumer (bluetooth, location services, wifi, push e-mail) but the problem still persists.

My iphone 4S is about 9 months old.

Restore iPhone with iTunes, when asked at end, Set Up as New. See if the battery is better now. If not, Apple Store can perform quick Battery Diagnostic testing, make Genius Reservation. iPhone 4S has full Warranty so it has coverage.

I have setup the iphone as new without restoring the icloud backup copy. Now the battery is ok so for now it looks like it was an app or some kind of process that was running in the background and consuming all the battery.

I am going to restore everything one by one to see if the problem stays away.
