I have iphone 4 and 5.1.1 as OS. I never take any chance with data and contents but This time I restored it after *backed up* and* transferring purchase* but it won't allow me to sync all apps. All apps purchased through app store using my regular apple id.

 

And I don't back up to iClouds. So it won't be an option for me

What do you mean it won't allow you? What happens when you try? Any error messages?
