I have had my iPhone 4S replaced today in apple store as it had several issues. Replacement was easy but when I got home and made a call it was dodgy!  I can't hear when making receiving calls unless I use loud speaker. Any ideas where I stand as I have to drive 100 miles to store? They told me it was a new phone but my understanding of new phone is probably a reconditioned one, phone is still under years warranty. Remove the plastic film that the phone ships with. And turn up the volume while on a call. If neither fixes it you will have to take it back to the store.
