I am rather concern to the construction and use of my IPhone purchased recently from UK that I could not use in overseas. The apps purchased could not be opened our up dated. The subscription is automatically withdrawn for the last three months without out been able to cancel our talk to somebody to stop it. My NatWest bank could not stop the transaction and advice to contact iTunes.
Finally I manage to get into my account and removed my debit card number in an attempt to stop e-Tarab withdrawing for service not communicated our used.
Using my iPhone has caused me further losses in respect of communication
WhatsApp used to enjoy having on my blackberry device for free.
iPhone has charged me for it and denied me the three digit authorisation code to be able to use it.
Would appreciate your reply and if you can not help in sorting up my problems the way to return my iPhone and iPad and recover my money.
