Problem with Ticketmaster site iPhone 3G
Reply Topic In the past, Ive been able to use Safari on my iPhone 3G to buy tickets on Ticketmaster.com. But it seems like they recently changed their site, and I cant get any of the drop down menus to work. When I get to the purchase tickets screen, I select the dropdown for the number of tickets, and the drum selector comes up. I select 2, but when I hit done, the dropdown returns to zero. Same thing happens on all the other drop downs - I cant change them from their default.
Does everyone else have this problem? Anyone know why?
Also, I noticed on my Mac, that the dropdowns on Ticketmaster.com dont let you use the keyboard, for example if you click on the number of tickets dropdown, you used to be able to type the number of tickets. Not anymore. You need to select it from the list with the mouse.

#4We don't support iphone apps so not sure there is a way to help you. The only offical app that we can support is Blackberry. It's not a simple API integration and Apple couldn't dedicate the resources like Blackberry did.
