Problem with restoreactivation iPhone 4

Hello,

My Iphone4 stopped to work shown a msn to connect to Itunes to activate. After connected in Itunes and start the restore process, it showns the message

"The Iphone could not be restored, Error unknown (-1) " (Sorry the translation, the msn was in portuguese).

What can be done to fix this problem?

Any sugestion?
