Having trouble sending picture mail. Contacted my provider they had me reset the phone. Didn't help with the problem. My provider said I need to take it to a apple store. I don't live near one, any suggestions?

what do you mean by picture mail? if you mean a picture in a text make sure mms is set to on in settings, if it is and it still doesn't work it's probably a carrier issue.
