Mymiphonenwill not power up.  It is fully charged and will not wake up or,power up, completely black screen

Connect iPhone to Wall Charger and Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone begins to start. Usually takes up to about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. If still problem, iPhone 4S has full warranty, make appointment with Genius and take iPhone to Apple for resolution.
