Reply TopicI have the Iphone Plugged in but it will not charge the unit says in the right hand corner that that its plugged in it but wont increase charge like it does not show lightning bolt when the batterie appears it shows batterie on low or red

If iPhone show plugged symbol and not lightning bolt, this can mean your battery is faulty. Try a different charger and USB cable. If still plugged symbol, next step is battery replacement.
