Please help iPhone 4S

I have an iphone 4s that I bought from C Spire awhile back. They unlocked it for me and I have been using it on at&t. I have the apple care plan and I dropped the phone and now it doesn't work. Can I take it to At&t to get it replaced or what do I need to do. If they replace it will it be locked to at&t or C Spire.

AT&T won't replace it at all, they don't handle service for the iPhone.

You need to make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store and do an out-of-warranty replacement for $199 USD, unless you have the AppleCare + plan, in which case it will be a $49 deductible to replace it.
