Dear Sir
With this letter I am reporting an incident that made me unsatisfied with the level of after sale service at all.
13 months ago, I purchased an iPhone 4G from Mobily company (main mobile operator in Saudi Arabia). The problem started 2 weeks ago when my iPhone went down suddenly, I tried to connect to iTunes to fix it, but the phone keeps trying to restart with no success. I finally approached Mobily Co. Who refused to receive the device claiming that guarantee has expired 3 weeks ago. I requested fixing it on my expense but again they refused.
Right now I am stuck, no one is accepting fixing the problem and the device is totally down. When i connected it to iTunes it showed me a message telling me that I should head to the nearest Apple store to fix this,
Please advise me what I need to do. I really am surprised how uncooperative the service provider was.
