phone very dead iPhone 3G

im trying to conect with itunes...but, he gives me no option...just blank display, only when im conect to lap top (charging), than i see apple logo on few secunds a repeting, but i still dont see anything else on display even conection with itunes! any function is dead! iOS was been in 4.3.5! but the main problem is conection with itunes! please, haw to... ps im from croatia and dont know english so good, thanks...
