I dropped my phone in water. There was no damage to the screen, but I noticed that the ringer volume was not working. After allowing the phone to sit in rice, along with blow drying it, the volume began to work. I removed my SIM card, and tested out all the features on the phone. The problem is that the LED light remains on. I tried turning on the flash and then turning it off, along with restarting the device. This light will not turn off. What is the problem, and how can it be fixed?

I would put it back in the rice again

if that did not fix it I would turn it in for repair
