outlook notes organization iPhone 4

New Iphone 4 today. Hundreds of Outlook Notes that sync based on when the Note was created, not the Title, therefore while Notes appear in alpha order on my desktop they do not appear that way on the phone. I appear to be SOL on this and am wondering if anyone knows of an APP - Ive searched them all with no confidence that any will suffice - that will take my existing Outlook Notes on my desktop and allow them to be re-arranged, categorized, and/or alphabetized for the Iphone. Highly confidential data and prefer it all stay only on my desktop and phone. Any and all thoughts and advice appreciated. Thanks!
