ONE ringtone will not sync iPhone

OK - I have made a bunch of custom ringtones using Logic. All but one of them with synchronize fine. I followed the same sequence of steps, so I cant figure out why this one isnt working.
They all show up in the Ringtones entry for iTunes, but this one doesnt show up in the Ringtones tab in the iPhone settings. I cant figure out why this isnt being recognized a ringtone here when all the others are AND when it shows up under Ringtones in another part of the program.
Any ideas?
