Not able to get iOS 4.3 update on TELUS iPhone 4

Hi -
iTunes is telling me that my iPhone iOS 4.2.1 is up todate, eventhough TELUS pushed out the iOS 4.3 update over a week ago. I clicked on find update in iTunes, and just a pop-up to my home C: came up.
Any thoughts?

The updates come from Apple, not your carrier. What version of iTunes are you running? iOS 4.3 requires iTunes 10.2 or greater.

Its a joint push, but yes - through iTunes - and I am running a 10.2.1.1, so should be fine...?

I am having the same problem... my iTunes is 10.2.1.1 but it tells me my version 4.2.6(8E200) on my Verizon iPhone4 is current!!!

iOS 4.3 has not been released for the Verizon iPhone. Apple has not yet announced a date for any future updates.
