New ring tones and sounds iPhone

Does anyone have any insight on if the iPhone will be updated with any new sounds? Have had the phone for nearly a few years now and no new sounds have been updated. They are getting really old and would love to have some new sounds for email, text, ring tones etc. Get a little jealous when I hear Android phones/Blackberry phones with some cool sounds and ringtones. Any insight would be appreciated.

Apple recently included some new messaging alert sounds for the iPhone 4 only. Doubtful if anyone here knows what Apples future plans are in this regard, but if Apple plans on making additional changes in this regard and someone here is privileged to this info in advance, they will be under Apples very strict non-disclosure agreement and arent allowed to say until Apple makes an announcement or until the firmware update is released that includes the change.

Youve been able to add new ringtones to the iPhone for years. You can download pre-made ones, or create your own. Google has links to pages and pages of instructions.
