Need an unlock without i-Tunes iPhone

So I received my unlock waiver from AT&T, got the e-Mail and everything. Problem is, it wants me to backup and restore via i-Tunes. Here's my problem. I'm overseas without access to a PC, not to mention i-Tunes. Is there anything I can do to get the unlock completed? Help!

Are you near an Apple store by chance? If so, they might be able to help you out, just make sure to bring all of your information when you go.

I wish. I'm in Dublin, Ireland. They closed the only Apple store in the country 5 years ago. :-(

Try calling AT&T International support, it's a free call (well according to AT&T's website). Their number is +1-916-843-4685. I think they're open 24 hours a day, but not sure. Just explain to them your issue and maybe they'll be able to help you.

Welp, did that. They said nothing they can do, has to be restored through i-Tunes...not good. I'm here for 6 months.

Oh no, this isn't good. My only other suggest for you, is to see if there is someone where you're staying, has a computer w/ iTunes on it, and see if they'll let you do it from their computer.
