I bought my iPhone 4 in september last year but the volume down button is stuck, in the USA I would get an immediate replacement. However my carrier TIGO Guatemala told me Im not elegible even though my serial number is elegible according to the Apple webpage. They claim its beca use I have 2 small dents in the corners. How can I get my problem solved? The phone numbers of Apple support arent available in my country. Is there any way to contact them? Tigo claims Apple is the one who wouldnt accept my claim, and that this is written in their terms of agreement, however they wont show them to me. Please Im desperate! Have you escalted this problem up to management at TIGO?
Escalation of a problem is always a good way to start if you are unable to get satisfaction with your problem.

Do you? Have 2 small dents in the corners, that is? Without seeing it for myself, I have to give them the benefit if the doubt here. If the phone is visibly physically damaged or abused, Apple will refuse the warranty return when TIGO sends the phone to them to be refurbished.
Post pictures. Is the glass chipped or cracked at all?
