My apple iphone 4S just went dead and quit working out of the clear blue after having a little over a week. It was fully charged. When I go to the support site they will only give me the option of calling and I CANNOT CALL. My phone will not do anything. Can anyone help this frustrated person?

hold down the home button and the sleep/wake button for around 10 seconds until the apple appears.
