My mom and I just got new iPhones today. They are the iPhone 4, but when we got home and connected them to the computer they wont connect to iTunes. It doesnt have a message or anything all I get is a beep saying that the computer know that it is there but iTunes doesnt read it. I've been looking it up on Apple but it doesnt help.

 

I have reinstalled iTunes, turned off my phone, restarted my computer, I've done everything that it says but nothing helps.

 

 

Any suggestions?
