My new iPhone 4S running iOS 5.1.1 (9B206) is stuck on "Call ending..." and does not hang up properly. To stop this, I have to hard boot (press the Home key and start button). Then I can't receive or make any calls or messages. This started happening once I upgraded to iOS 5.1.1. I've seen others with the same problem but I've tried all the suggestions and nothing at all works. I hard booted it, I removed the SIM card and then replaced it again, I reset it (losing some settings in the process), and I tried turning mobile data off, and then on again (http://blog.fuelip.com/?p=732&cpage=1#comment-952). This is mind-bendingly frustrating. Please help - what else can I try? Or should I just return it?

Restore the phone as New, and do not reload your backup. If you still have a problem with it you have a hardware problem.
