My new iphone 4s had no wifi greyed out brought it in got no replacement. And this 5th week i'm waiting for it. No respons from apple or store. I have to wait until spare part . This brandnew cellphone. Way to go support

And just try to find someone to talk to at apple. No support whatsoever.

 

Just called the store i bought it in. Estimated another 2 weeks easy. So that would almost 2 months for a phone i had for 2 days.

 

No refunds, no replacement.

 

Best smarthphone in the world, worst support ever!

So do you have a technical support question for this user to user technical support forum, or are you just venting.

 

The former is fine... the later is not permitted per the terms of use of the forums.
