I upgraded my iphone 4 from AT&T about 3 weeks ago to 5.1.1 from 5.0.1, I think. It could have been 5.1. I still get texts, everything works perfectly except my phone application!!!! It hardly ever makes phones calls, it dials and connects to the other end both recieving and outgoing, but there is no sound and the speaker phone button is highlighted. The person on the other end has no audio either. It does this for 95% of phone calls, but even the bug is incosistent; every once in a while I can make or recieve a call without a problem. I restored my phone without installing the saved backup several times, problem continues. I'm convinced it's the software upgrade. I just want this fixed arghhhh I miss my phone!!! Someone help please!

Restart... Reset... Restore from Backup...  Restore as New...

Downgrading to an earlier iOS isn't supported.  You might want to try restoring your phone, which will replace the iOS with a fresh copy in case something is corrupted (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414).  If you do choose to restore, be sure to back up your phone, import your photos to your computer, and back up your contacts (by syncing with iCloud, Google, as supported program such as Outlook or Address Book, or using an app like My Contacts Backup.
