my iphone just started not staying off.......i can shut it off but the apple pops back up and turns itself on......... i tried cleaning it, i tried plugging into itunes, no luck..........anyone else have this issue and if so how did you correct it?? thx.

Restart... Reset... Restore from Backup... Restore as New...
