My iPhone will not send text messages.

My iPhone 4S will not send or receive text messages. I have tried resetting it as well as restoring it. The message sends almost fully and then states "Message Send Failure." Also, my iPhone will states "The connection to the server failed" when I try going online; however, I am connected to my wifi. Help!

Are you using iMessage or your carrier plan?

My messages won't send as either iMessages or regular text messages. If I reset it I'm able to send maybe one text message and then they stop sending again...

Talk to your carrier about the message problem. Just pointing out the obvious, but you have to be on a message plan to send a SMS. iMessage is an Apple thing, you did log in with your Apple ID under iMessage in settings right? Sometimes it can take a while to activate, but call Apple if that doesn't work.
