My iphone 4 was working just fine and now two days past the warranty if i receive a call the only way i hear is if i put it on speaker. i have gone to the apple rep in my country and they told me two days past the warranty costing me 400 dollars is that right?

It has something to do with the 5.1 update.

all you can do is wait for a fix.
