My iPhone got wet 2 weeks ago now its all ready dry but when i connect it to iTunes and it says your iPhone might be damaged and can not be activate right now iPhone turns on and I can select language and country but nothig more. Help me

My iPhone got wet 2 weeks ago, now its all ready dry but when i connect it to iTunes and it says "your iPhone might be damaged and can not be activate right now" the iPhone turns on and I can select the language and the country but nothing more. In the iPhone I can't see the IMEI neither I don't know why.

I went to the carrier but they said "it doesn't exist any warranty for water damage" I went as well to the iStore but they said that I have to take it to te carrier ??????

I don't know what I have to do.

As with any other warranty on any other product, damage is not covered.

You will need to replace the iphone.

I had success fixing water damage by putting the ios device in a bowl of rice on the radiator

because when the ios device is dry on the outside it can still be wet inside

Even 2 weeks later? Even my iPhone turns on, but it's not activated, and I can't see the IMEI number as normal, and When i try to restore it with itunes i does restored but the problem appear again.
