My phone seems to be stuck in a loop. The screen continually goes from the apple logo, black, a white flash, and round and round.

It started when I was trying to restore it.

Open iTunes on computer. Connect iphone to computer with USB Cable. Hold both home and power buttons until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. Usually takes about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. Restore Firmware.
