My iphone disabled iPhone 4S
Reply TopicMy iphone is disabled and it says connect it to itunes. I connect it to itunes and itunes says to enter the passcode, which I can't do since the phone is locked. I can't turn it off or to DFU mode. Help.

#2Open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer. Hold both Home and Power buttons until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. Usually takes about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. Restore the iPhone firmware.

#6What happens, do you get Error Message? Connect iPhone to Wall Charger for 10 minutes to charge it a bit. Then connect to iTunes and Hold both Buttons until Recovery Mode is entered.
If still trouble, all iPhone 4S have full Warranty Coverage. Make appointment with Genius and take iPhone to Apple for resolution.
